I can’t say enough good about this business. I’ve dealt with them since 1979 and they have remained consistently amazing with their products and service. I so highly recommend their built in vacuums. I even got a small one for our motor home many years ago.A phone call is all it takes to solve whatever problem arises. In all those years I’ve only had two real problems and they have taken care of me 100%. They’ve gotten whatever I need on a courier the same day as I’ve called. Great service - Friendly staffMike and his team came out to a service call after assessment - we needed to replace our old system. They had the new machine installed and old one taken away in less than 2 hours. Work area was cleaned up and debris taken away.Would highly reccommend Mike & his team, fast & efficient!

Picked up two vacuums for a friend who lives out of country, to give to his parents for Christmas. He was originally going to order off the Sebo website but then decided to purchase through a local Edmonton dealer, and had called another dealer first and was given a total runaround. Called here, and they were super easy to deal with. I came to pick them up and all I had to do was mention the order and they knew exactly who I was, what the situation was, which vacuum was for each person (one was being picked up later and one I was taking), and gave me me a run through of the functions. Excellent service and incredibly efficient. Our 40-year-old system was giving up the ghost and Mike was able to recommend and install aa new system in around two hours flat. He answered all my questions and it is great to have a properly functioning central vac again.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know I was was in awe of Team Sebastian!They were hard working, conscientious, helpful & were willing to look at alternative spacing rather than the bathroom or washer area to extend my cleaning area to my great satisfaction! They helped clean out a cupboard in the bar area to access & install the portable vac system.These two were extremely helpful moving the washer back without asking, polite and extremely conscientious about cleaning up behind themselves!Please pass on our thanks to them and a pleasure to do business with not only the Company from the quote down to installation.
