Came in last week looking for a pair of runners that were on sale. The customer service representative Eleanor was absolutely amazing (I would really appreciate if this feedback was passed onto her). There were a few issues that arose during checkout and she was so quick to resolve them and get them sorted out. Her attention to detail and phenomenal customer service skills made for a pleasant experience at Journeys. She even helped me get the best deal on the shoes and had them ordered to my house (as they were out of stock). I wish more customer service representatives could be like her! Great Job Eleanor!!

Zero customer service by the employees. There was no one in the store at that time and yet I had to go to the cash register to ask for the sizes or so. Three women were working at that time around 1 and they were staring at me as if I have done something wrong by visiting there. They were literally doing nothing but standing and staring instead of asking me for if I needed any help. I guess that’s exactly what they are being paid for but I guess nobody really cares. I wish I could give zero stars but atleast the shoes are good that I bought.

Day 30th sep - Time : 4:40 pmTotally 0 customer service by these two girls . Both were talking in abusing language in punjabi infront of us - didn’t help anything at all . So ambrassing should fire these two.If you really wanna increase your sale - these 2 are the reason for less sales for sure.

Great selection and sales, but I went during a busy long weekend Sunday afternoon and they had a lot of staff but a good 4 of them were just standing around talking to each other, none even said hi. Lucky my shoe size was the sample, tried it on and was great, I ended up walking up to the counter with the shoe and one guy finally asked if I wanted a size and he got the other shoe and I bought that.

Was there around 3pm to look for sneakers. There was 5 people standing behind the till and no one greeted or looked at me. Not sure if they were all employees either since one has their airpod in… I walked out…
