My family has been dealing with Anstett Jewellers for many many years. The staff have always gone out of their way to to help me. During my wedding my elaborate necklace broke (purchased from a crystal store). I took it to Anstett’s to see if the could fix it for me. They could not, do to how the pieces fit together. However they suggested that I use the one broken piece and make it into a pendant that I could wear every day. It was such a great idea and I am in a way so happy is broke as I have a piece of my wedding I can wear every day.

We were visiting Goderich for today and stopped in as I've been looking for earrings for my daughter as she became allergic to costume jewelry about half a year ago. I showed them the earrings I've been wearing for 22 years and I wanted to get her earrings with the same class as she has lost many earrings. They were extremely helpful and I was in and out very quickly. My daughter has not worn those earrings for about a month swimming in lakes and pools and playing she's just shy of nine. They're not falling off they're perfect and they're comfortable and I would recommend this business to anyone!

My parents have been an Anstett Jewellers customer for over 50 years. When I got older I too became an Anstett customer and still am after 36 years. When I lived in BC for 6 1/2 years no other jeweller touch my jewellery. My jewellery was always brought home to Anstett’s as I valued and trusted them to look after my prized possessions. When my husband (who was in BC) had Dave present me with my Lazare Kaplan diamond custom made engagement ring I was over the moon. Over the years my collection of special pieces has grown.As an employee and friend I have had the privilege to work with most of the Anstett Family with many fond memories and lots of laughter. The founder John Anstett build the business on integrity, honesty and love. Now Anstett’s is making changes, Dave and Mike are off to enjoy retirement and under new ownership, Cathy is ready to follow in her parents footsteps and continue the legacy of John and Irene.I totally recommend Anstett Jewellers for all of your special occasions and just because purchases.

I had a wonderful shopping experience and would highly recommend going to this store! I was greeted by the friendly staff when I entered who were super helpful with my purchases. There was a really great selection of rings, necklaces and earrings, with repair's on site. I found two perfect pairs of earrings! Cathy was very knowledgeable and helpful, she even polished up my purchases and other jewelry I had on as a courtesy! It was the best jewelry shopping experiences I've ever had! Very kind and attentive staff. The ladies were very helpful in assisting my father-in-law to buy some jewelry for his girlfriend. They were so helpful that I ended up buying my wife her anniversary gift that i had been unable to get earlier due to being sick. Thank you ladies.

I have been a long time customer of Anstett Jewellers and recently purchased a new pair of gold earrings. When I described to Cathy what I was looking for, she knew exactly what I wanted and showed me several different versions and price ranges. We finally got around to resizing my husband's wedding band and taking care of the anxiety of losing his ring. Our bands are original one of kind lost wax designs and we were concerned we would loss the beautiful design to have it resized. We are grateful to the new owner Cathy who listen and reassured us Anstett Jewellers in house gold smith would do their best to maintain the design. Last minute thought I had my matching ring polished while we discussed the repair. We are very grateful for all the personal service we received.
