Went to pick out a small folding light weight stroller. Darlene went above and beyond to find out what features were import to us and set us up with the perfect stroller which was also on sale!

Bought a double stroller and they helped me to assemble it even though they were busy due to Black Friday . Big thanks to RobAlso karoline helped in fitting two car seats with adapter and working with us

We ordered 2 baby gates online. They we delivered to us and both of the boxes looked as if they had been opened already. We get that sometimes in transition this can happen however the first gate we open was most definitely a used product. The frame is bent so bad we couldnt even get it up and it looks like someone had hit it. We decided that given the condition of the second box we would rather not open it and have two new unopened gates delivered to us. I emailed with no answer so I called and waited 90 min on the phone. The women from customer service was so horribly rude. I get it's not her fault but she is the face of the company at this point and not once did she seem apologetic that the product was damaged. She was annoyed I wouldnt open the second gate but I explained to her at this point given the damage to the package and the result damage to the first product I'd prefer both be replaced. This is a safty product and I couldnt risk the integrity of the product being tampered with.She was going on about they are busy and getting lots of calls and I can totally understand that but I still needed undamaged products.She said that I will have to wait for emailed slips for FedEx so I can send the product but she doesnt know when they will get emailed. I said that's fine in the mean time will you be sending me new product as I have provided pictures of the damage. She brushed me off and said that once they get the damaged products back then will ship new products. But no story of apology or time frame was given she was extreamly dismissive. Usually I'm fine to wait however I need the gates for my 1 year old. She started saying just open the other box and use that ....... I explained that I need both gates to close two openings thata the way my house is and I do not trust the products anymore with the boxes on those conditions.She said well wait for the slips then and then you cam handle it with fedex.A week has gone by and still no packing slips emailed....I just really want the products I ordered in unused or damaged condition so I can make my home safe for my baby!Hopfully this cam get resolved soon !

I came here looking to purchase a stroller, but unfortunately they were out of stock on the one I wanted. The staff were wonderful and spend time calling several stores across Ontario to try and find one in stock for me. When that wasn’t successful, the manager (I think named Rob) was helpful in finding solutions to help me gain access to this specific stroller, including calling me a couple weeks later when a similar stroller I was interested in was in stock at their store. Very friendly team, very helpful, thorough and amazing follow up.

Ordering off the baby register is a disaster. Things were being delivered, no communication about deliveries

The worst!Bought a couple crafts for 40% off. During check out only 1 came up with the discount. The cashier (who couldn’t read numbers) asked an associate for help. It took 20 minutes for them to find the craft only to say this particular one doesn’t apply…although it was the same brand/company.I passed on the item and she set it aside, I paid and left. When I got home and reviewed the receipt I saw the item was still on there, even though I did not get it.I called the store and was told I need to drive back to get the refund. They couldn’t “prove” I didn’t have the item without the receipt (how does this make sense).The associate who answered the call said she has the item and knew exactly what I was talking about but she doesn’t know who to apply the refund. I explained I had worked in retail and there should be a way to enter the credit card number. I asked if she could check with her manager.Terry (manager) got on the phone and was hands down the most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. Not only did they have their signage up incorrectly but wasted time looking for the price (I still don’t understand why it was different than the other item), but after all of this, they had me drive back to fix their mistake. I’m embarrassed for them. Not a lot of brains behind these doors. You’re much better off going across the street to Mastermind. That’s what I’ll be doing moving forward. 0/10 recommend toys r us on fairway

I would give them 0 if I could. I'm 7 months pregnant and went to the store( Stone Road Mall, Guelph) today to buy some clothing for my baby, I went to the cash and this lady Pauline couldn't scan the item, so she asked her colleague to bring another item, in the meantime I asked her about the sample ( I have already registered online and the website offered me a sample from the closest store) the cashier lady Pauline started yelling at me and her face became purple (literally) and told me there is not such a thing as samples in the store and just because I'm pregnant they can't provide me with any sort of samples". I was so confused!! She continued yelling and said "actually there are some samples available but she won't give them to me cause I haven't registered in the store in person!!!" Which made me even more confused. She kept yelling and talking to me in a very rude manner and unacceptable attitude

The staff is always really helpful here, and one women who works in here went on a bit of a wild goose chase to find this toy for me. Thankssss
