Was quoted an hour (2X) for the transmission fluid to be changed. Definitely could have waited it NO problem, but with 2 small children and the fact that it took over 2 & 1/2 hours to do it. NOT COOL.Maybe regularly update the owner of said vehicle about what is being done to it and how much longer it would take for the services to be completed. Then they can decide if they want to sit there and torture themselves more.& Bonus: they wouldn’t be completely frustrated leaving the establishment.Thank you for wasting my whole morning

Went in without an appointment because my skid plate had popped off and didn't want rocks from the road to damage my undercarriage especially with all the snow melt lately. They were efficient, kind and very thorough and didn't charge me even though I offered to pay since it was a quick repair and a few missing parts. I have always had good service here and great explanations of what my issues are when I have come in with other issues. Cannot say enough great things about Henry and his service department. Thank you for all you do and for keeping us safe on the road.

Droped my truck off Tuesday evening for warranty work, a timing change on a 3.5 ecoboost. Gave them the go ahead on friday morning to start the engine tear down. 5 days later, I am still waiting for my truck, was today that it would be done Tuesday, which it wasnt due to parts not getting in from weather the night before. I was then told it would be down at end of day Wednesday and that they would call, never got a call so I went in. It was still apart and got the same Our parts truck was late again". Im now going on day 6 with not having my truck. Now I will have to take more time off work to go pick it up tomorrow
