Incredible from start to finish! Contacted Chef Robert to cater our family Easter.Fist time in over 2 years that we were able to get the family together for a special occasion. Robert came to our home a few weeks before to see the layout of our kitchen and to meet us. That was very much appreciated.A number of our family members have food allergies and sensitivities.Gave the list to Robert. He ensured that everyone could eat everything prepared with no issues. He even went so far as to prepare a special salad for 1 person who could not eat tomato. The food was all prepared perfectly and tasted incredible. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and the turkey was the moistest we have ever had. Most people had seconds. The dessert was amazing….raspberry apple crumble! Robert was on hand to oversee all as well as carving and plating. Roberts staff served and cleaned up. They were all so personable and a delight to have in our home. I would highly recommend Chef Robert for your catering needs.

We hosted our families for my son's first birthday and ordered food from Your Special Moments catering. This was the first get together in a very very long time due to covid restrictions, so we really wanted to ensure we had excellent food. Chef Robert surely delivered. Our guests were really impressed with how fantastic the food was and got up to get second (and third!) helpings. Chef Robert was also really easy to work with to come up with a menu that suited our event, and the price of everything was very reasonable. We will definitely use Your Special Moments Catering again!

Chef Bob was awesome to work with and the food was incredible. We opted for buffet style for 120 at my wedding and the food was plentiful and loved by everyone. His shaved roast beef was awesome, definitely my favourite! Bob was on site with his staff early and very professional. His prices are fair and would use his services again without hesitation.

Great experience we had with Bob and his staff. Bob was very helpful and thorough. We received lots of compliments from our guests, everyone enjoyed their meal, there are options for our vegan guests as well. Overall we’re very happy that we found Bob!!

Chef Robert is wonderful to deal with and very reliable. The food is incredible! My husband and I used Special Moments for our wedding and got so many compliments from our guests on how impressed they were with the delicious food and how kind Chef Robert and his team were. They went above and beyond!

The food that Robert provided was excellent! The prime rib was the best prime rib I’ve ever had, and the chicken and salmon entrees were delicious according to the other guests. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient! I would definitely recommend them, and/or use them again in the future.

Chef Bob and his team catered my daughter’s wedding last Saturday night. Our guests raved about the food. It was truly delicious. Bob is very conscientious, takes enormous pride in his food, and met with us several times in preparation for the wedding.He and his team truly went above and beyond.

The best caterer! Bob and his staff did an amazing job for my wedding. I've never worked with anyone that cared so much about my event being the best and I've worked with dozens of caterers and planned many large events in the last 15 years. Working with Bob is like working with a friend. He is so helpful with suggestions and information. His response time and communication are fantastic! He and his excellent staff didn't just show up and serve, he watched my guests, cared about them being happy and went above and beyond to be sure the event was as big a success as possible! I would never hesitate to hire Your Special Moments for any event. Bob and his team served a flow a 8 different hors d'oeuvres over 2.5 hours. My guests loved it! They raved about the food, the constant flow, and the excellent service. He also provided two bar tenders that did a lovely job. My guests only had great feedback and enjoyed every aspect.

Chef Bob and his team catered my daughter's one year old birthday luncheon today. From the very beginning working with Chef Bob, he was a consumate professional keeping himself very engaged in the process and putting together a strong menu that would please any discerning taste bud. Along the way Chef Bob would check in on us and was accommodating even when we lost a good number of guests due to illness.On the day of the event, Chef Bob and his team of servers showed up on time and set up everything quickly to have the food served at the time requested. Chef Bob's suggested menu of honey garlic chicken, thai noodles, whitefish with garlic and butter, summer and Caesar salads and brown rice was a hit with our guests who had kind compliments for the Chef. At the event itself Chef Bob was incredibly friendly and was diligent in making sure the guests were well taken care of. At any point if Chef Bob needed to get my feedback or ask a question he would search me out and we could discuss.We had a great experience using Special Moments Catering and were truly impressed by Chef Bob's professionalism and cooking skill. We will definitely use him again for future family events and strongly recommend him to anyone looking to cater for a special occasion.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the magnificent cooking of Your Special Moments Catering last summer, yes this review is long overdue and we keep talking about the food. You must try, Penne with grain fed chicken in a mediterranean herb sauce with freshly shaved parmigiano cheese. The salad of heritage greens with a Dijon-lime vinaigrette was also amazing. You could sell the vinaigrette on its own. Both items were so delicious and leftovers tasted just as good the day after. We would not hesitate to recommend Your Special Moments Catering for any event you are planning to host.
