Alsco Uniforms

Just wanted to share how wonderful our Alsco driver Ernie is… actually he is our relief driver for the past while our regular driver Romillo is also fantastic. Super professional, he always goes above and beyond for our little shop. Just wanted to give him a shout out! All of our products have been of excellent quality - towels, mats, mops etc. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Virtually every week there is a problem with our order. Their delivery drivers are super pleasant but rarely know what is going on. Their invoices are poorly itemised so it's hard to follow up with what they have or haven't delivered.It's probably just best to save yourself the bother and go with another company.

I've recently switched to Alsco Uniform and Linen and wanted to give them props for their great service. Our driver is really professional and always has a smile on his face. Rod goes out of his way to ensure that we have the uniforms and linens needed before a busy weekend. When I contact their office for anything - i get it right away. I wish all my restaurant services were this easy.

The friendly drivers are the best part about this company. Unfortunately the billing department service isn't as great. Beware of over and erroneous charges that can take several phone calls to resolve. My office has been randomly charged for batteries although we only have linens & floor mats cleaned. There are also unannounced increases in prices and minimum charges regardless of the inventory submitted. Can't wait to get out of this contract.

Just witnessed an employee harass a random person in what seemed to be road rage related, and then block their car in. This was in New Westminster around 12:45pm, Dec 8, 2022I’m unrelated to this incident, but as a passerby I was alarmed at the drivers aggression.Unacceptable and inexcusable under any circumstance.

We are new to using Alsco. We were previously with a large linen company that would not return phone calls, emails, or engage in any correspondence; whose bills were erroneous and often over-charged us AND didn't deliver anything close to what we ordered; who were rude; and who's quality standards dipped well below anything I think is acceptable.We switched to Alsco and made our values and requests clear, and have been met with nothing but upfront, honest, and consistent communication; with thoughtfulness and a willingness to correct any (small) errors; and with steps to go above and beyond what they are contracted to do for us. They have simply been a cut above. Reading the 1 star reviews, I'm actually confused as to how it's possible we are working with the same people. Our rep is Kathy.Their customer service and communication from drivers to reps and regional management has been efficient and responsive. We are early on in the agreement, but we hope that this level of involvement holds up. And we are pleased that our contract clearly outlines that retention is based on Alsco providing service in line with what they agreed to - it feels very equitable in that regard.At this point in our service agreement I would have no problem recommending Alsco.

Absolute worst customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED. We have spoken with both GM and our regional Service Manager who both failed at fulfilling their contractual obligations. Our service manager did admit he was new to the job but failed to make any sort of connection or ramification to the mess his predecessor caused. Our contract stated we needed a certain amount of linens, but were provided with way more than the outlined contract and were charged almost triple or contract's agreement. The General Manager then failed to rectify the situation and had no viable solutions. Out contract was also altered after it was signed by both parties without or consent or permission. The rates were increased WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE! We will NEVER utilize Alsco in any of our business or personal dealings again.

2 employees came to a business I work at, they asked to speak to a manager to pitch the business, I informed them they were absent and provided them with the contact info and showed them downstairs feeling it was a pleasant experience. I notice them on the cameras these employees pretend to leave and proceed to start trying restricted doors in the office extremely rude behaviour

Only this nice about these guys are their friendly drivers, company and admin are absolute garbage. They make you sign a three year contract and even try to auto-renew it themselves. I cant wait for my company to be out of the contract so we can get rid of these guys. Also, they charge you for random items never discussed prior.

Cycling to work this morning, the Alsco truck was driving recklessly on Ontario, running a stop sign and aggressively turning right at a green light at Ontario and 2nd when bikes had the right of way. They did not even stop. This is extremely reckless driving and if I had not seen it coming beforehand I would have been hit. Terrible, reckless, dangerous driving.
