Installation and service was excellent, very attentive to details. Available to answer all questions about the system. Very knowledgeable about the product. Competive pricing. I had my 17 year old ducted heat pump system replaced with a new unit. Rick was very professional and completed the work to my complete satisfaction. His quote for the work was the best and the quality of the installation is top notch. He explained the operation of the new unit clearly and didn't leave until I felt comfortable with everything. I couldn't be happier.

I've used Hometown Heating &Cooling on two occasions, once for an install and once for a diagnosis on a unit installed by a different company.The responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail was fantastic. With the diagnosis, Ryan responded within 10 minutes of the initial message and came out to my house the same evening.During the install he was courteous, punctual, and the level of workmanship was excellent. If you live in the Minto& Grand Lake area and have heat pump problems or needs, do yourself a favour and check them out.

I called Ryan after arriving at work on one of the hottest days so far this year, only to realize that the heat pump had stopped working the night before and noone had been called to come look at it. It was at the peak of the heat in the day, and despite how busy he already was, Ryan came right over, diagnosed the problem and ordered the appropriate part ASAP. The part came in on Friday, only two days later, on another 31 degree day, and after already working all day, he made a point of stopping that evening to install it and make sure it worked properly, rather than leaving it until Monday, because he knew how miserable it was inside a very humid, very hot working environment. I couldn't be happier with the service! Always professional and pleasant, despite the aggravating and exhausting temperatures. Thank you so much Ryan. I truly appreciate your empathy and respect. You're one of a kind.

Ryan does a great job cleaning and maintaining our HVAC system. He's knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend his services. It's great to have competent heating and cooling specialists in our community.
