I originally messaged as a yes through text, but in the last four months I have had nothing but problems. I was promised that any uncomfort would fade, however it had now been over four months.I was concerned when the dentist and the assistant were talking about getting drunk as they were drilling my mouth, but the assistant was refusing freezing when I told her I could still feel pain and discomfort after she told me to let her know if I was.Since this experience in October, my bottom jaw has had nothing but sensitivity to any and all things (which I was PROMISED BY THE DENTIST IT WOULD GO AWAY), and he constantly brought up vinears because “my teeth are nice, but they aren’t to industry standard, so they need to be fixed”.

By design dentistry is the only place myself and my fellow Glowbal co workers go for all of our oral care needs. From regular check ups, to whitening, to fillings (for the naughty sugar cavity co workers). They have the Friendliest and most professional staff, highly recommend. Thank you by design dentistry :)

Complex situation. 35 year old root canal abscess beneath an upper bridge. Needless to say I was apprehensive about the prognosis. Without an appointment I had swollen face and shooting pain. Bre & Dr Kevin were compassionate and professional explaining required steps and pricing. Extraction was trouble free and healed quickly. Dr. Ballo performed sinus lift , implants & crowns without any problems & nearly pain free. I’m very impressed with the final result! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kevin for a dental bridge, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with his work so far! While the bridge is not yet complete, Dr. Kevin has done an amazing job thus far.From the moment I walked into his office, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by his staff. Dr. Kevin himself is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. He and his team took the time to explain the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.His attention to detail is impressive, and he has a great eye for aesthetics. Came here through an Opencare promotion and set an appointment for a cleaning but got screwed around and told I would have to do that at a separate appointment AFTER I was already in the room expecting a cleaning to happen. The shorter woman at the front desk was extremely rude when she came into the room to ‘clarify my mistake’ by telling me ‘I know you think you’re under the impression that’ which is extremely rude and condescending. They then spent an hour taking X-rays (which I had to get redone at the next place because they were so poorly done and unreadable), and doing a 3D scan of the teeth that was never sent along to me and seemed like more of an excuse to buy and play with a fancy toy than anything else. They then told me that I would need to book a separate appointment to come back for the cleaning I had signed up for that day, and then a separate appointment for each of the three cavities that needed filling because the doctor can only do one filling at a time??? That’s a scam waste of time and money. I ended up going to a better dentist that re-took the x-rays for no extra charge and filled all three cavities in one appointment.
