FIX AUTO CENTRE-VILLE

This place was recommended by my insurance company. Without getting into too much details. Took me 6+ visits to get my van fixed. Had to go for an estimate. Then the work wasn’t done properly had to go back. Then it wasn’t done properly a second time. Then I had to bring my car in separately for them to get a paint sample. Was too much for one claim. Not to mention had to wait more than 1 month for an actual appointment to fix the car.

Car was repaired fine but waited 3 weeks for an appointment and in the end i got my vehicle 4 days after the scheduled return date.. and of-course i had to pay the extra rental fee for the replacement vehicle out of my pocket - they should do better planning for repairing vehicles and quoting deadlines

I have dealt with Fix Auto many times for different jobs and cars. This is by far the most professional garage. The service is impeccable. The timing is ideal. They never make you wait, they get the job done and best of all they are trust worthy. Their prices are descent and the work reflects. The cherry on top is, they return your car washed inside & out!! I’m recommending you to go there for whatever you need. They do it all. Thank you Fix Auto!!!!

Horrible experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The only reason I went with Fix Auto is because my insurance suggested it. I had an accident in February, and needed my side mirror fixed. I was told to come to the location because they had received the item to replace my side mirror. I get there, and I’m told it’s the wrong piece that arrived. I basically spent 20 minutes of driving for nothing. I then received a call to bring my car in to have the accident damage fixed along with the side mirror replacement. When I went to pick my car up, they had done the front bumper job well but THE SIDE MIRROR installed was black (my car is grey)…. When I told them about it, they said they forgot to paint it. They then removed the piece and said they’d paint it and give me a call back. It’s now been two months and I still haven’t heard from them. I’m driving around with a the back part of my side mirror missing…

For exterior body repairs, they've always been pretty great, fast considering the part shortage during the pandemic, and did a great paint job.Interior work is another story. I did get in a bigger accident, which required them to dismantle the interior of the car, and that particular experience was laughably bad. I was rear ended, and the interior seal of the trunk was broken. The technician told me that the accident could not have caused this, even though my trunk was rammed in at a high speed and that basic laws of physics would imply that the energy definitely damaged the rubber seal. The rear lights were badly missaligned. The interior felt inside the trunk was loose. The lever to drop the backseat was not put back in properly and popped up constantly. The funniest thing was that they reinstalled the backseat with the seatbelts INSIDE the trunk.I went to Tesla to reassemble the car because I did not want Fix Auto touching it any more, and they found additional missasembled pieces.For exterior body work, I would recommend, but any work inside your car should be avoided, based on my experience.

I have called this morning to confirm a repair, and the person at the phone was rude and did not provide any update on by when the repair could be performed. When she asked if I had anything else to say, I said that she did not provide the help I asked for, and she literally hang up the phone....

My car needed some repairs and they did a great job.The process was so simple and the service was incredible. They made an entire bad situation (damaged car) enjoyable.They returned my car as new and cleaner then I left it!I would highly recommend!

It took them two months to repair a minor accident. To give you an idea, the car was going less than 10 kph when the accident happened. The other car wasn’t moving. They had the parts they needed within a week. It should have taken them 2 weeks to fix everything. At most 3 weeks total. But they took TWO MONTHS to fix something minor. There’s really NO EXCUSE for that. At least the manager is a nice guy. But the lady, who I believe is the manager’s assistant, could use some manners when she talks to people.
