I'm not one to usually write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my experience with Mold Inspection Brockville. I had water damage in my home and called a few companies for quotes. MIB was not the cheapest but I went with them because of the positive reviews I read. They were great from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions I had and they were very professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

My husband and I worried about the foul odor in our basement, and through the recommendation of my friend, we had Mr. Andrey come to our home to inspect for mold. When Mr. Andrey arrived, he walked around outside our house and then explained what was happening inside because of our flat lot and lack of eaves trough. Mr. Andrey spent half an hour explaining how moisture inside affects air quality. He then pointed out where that moisture influenced the inside of our basement. The explanation was technical. However, Mr. Andrey explained in detail how we could clean the affected areas ourselves. Mr. Andrey was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable.

Mr. Andrey came to our home to perform an IAQ assessment. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He assessed each room on the main floor as well as the basement. He also took the time to look in our attic and walk around the exterior of the home. His expertise and in-depth explanation of issues found and solutions to them were pretty welcoming. He was attentive to any questions I had and would recommend his services to anyone.
