My husband and I went downtown to The Spice Trader for a specific item, lavender for a recipe. We wanted to buy it right there, but couldn’t. I purposely left my phone at home. Silly me! Due to Covid restrictions, we had order online, and there would be curb side pick up. We conveyed this to an employee and he just gave it to us! Told us to pay later. We were both surprised by his trust. We paid ASAP. I have never received such amazing customer service and kindness during this difficult period. THANK YOU SIR! I highly recommend shopping here for quality in spices, and the brilant service. You have a customer for life.

Beautifully curated store with many unique and interesting spices, salts, oils, vinegars, cookwares and more. Highly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.I was offered several olive oils and vinegars to sample, and ended up leaving with several purchases. They offer small discounts for refill purchases of olive oils and spice jars.This review is based on my shopping experience in February 2023 on a Wednesday afternoon.

A very unique selection of herbs, oils and spices, the gift boxes you can customize make an excellent gift for any occasion. The merchant vibe of the store make it a must to shop there in person. I would highly recommend.
