This location has one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Every single time I've visited, they treated me with respect, kindness and with such excitement to help out with my order, especially if I was looking to try something new. Ask for Brent if you go here (store manager I think) because he's an absolute darling.

Always an issue when we order from this location you ask for a certain roast and you get what they have available without even being told otherwise today’s disappointment was my Grande ice cup of milk in a Venti cup for $10. Thanks guys.

The chairs are uncomfortable and tables are tiny. Otherwise, it's what you expect. Average coffee (one-third of my cappacino was foam) for double the cost of a mom and pop shop. Pickering's coffee/cafe scene is non-existent though, so take what you can get...

The customer service here is fantastic, sadly the quality of the prepackaged bacon and sausage wrap was terrible. There was no sausage or bacon in the wrap. Not the fault of the staff, but upper management needs to look into this supplier as soon as possible.

Last night - girl at the bar was AMAZING! Her initial starts with an A". She has been on the cash too and always a complete joyful person! Thank you to this girl for always speaking to the customer and great service! Customer service is never this good anymore

Staff here are ultra friendly and take the time to make your beverage proper. It is a small location, depending on the time of day would determine seating availability.

This place is getting very busy and only two or three staff works. I had to wait 15 min to get my Ofer and not only me there are few people waiting for the Oder as well as in line to place order.

Active and vibrant place in downtown puckering. Satffs are very friendly. Only downside is its same chain shop everywhere. Nothing new nothing special. Repeated food and drinks.

I ordered a cold brew coffee with very little ice and cream on the side. I noticed the barista shovelled in one scoop of ice and was reaching for another. I waved her off and told her not to add more ice. Not a fan of paying $6 for a cup of ice, I went to our table and noticed that I didn't get my cream, When I went back the barista totally ignored me even after I waved a few times. My wife went up and was ignored too and had to raise her voice to get the barista's attention. The shift supervisor then repeatedly asked what was the problem after my wife said she didn't want to escalate it. The supervisor then told us to leave the store and that we are banned from coming back or going to their satellite location on Bayly. He was very passive aggressive and said sorry for ruining your Canada Day

Starbucks, even now after all this time remains unique in their products, app deals or bonuses, and especially staff. I hit this location few times a week before I head to work. If I order ahead it's much faster to get my latte than waiting in line. Use the app, get the points, tuest me. This particular location can leave you waiting a bit longer for your coffee or items purchased.
