SOS First Aid and Safety Training

had so much fun! the teacher daniel made it so fun and collaborative and informative i learned a lot !!!

The class was small so it was great to have a good connection with our instructor. Our instructor was very knowledgable, patient, and kind. I first felt nervous going in, but became more confident and came out with my knowledge I learned from the online course reinforced.

Just completed the Standard First Aid and CPR with Afshan. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned so much. Afshan was engaging, professional and very informative!

Daniel was a good teacher for the course, very informative and added some fun activities.

Dan was an amazing instructor! He kept the class engaged and was an absolute pleasure to learn from.

I’ve taken a few First Aid and BLS courses before, and I need it for nursing school. However, this was by far the most engaging and knowledge filled course!!! The instructor Jess made sure we completely understood the material and felt confident to approach these skills in what she called “our workplace environments”. I also loved how she explained how the skills might differ in each environment, i.e. emergency floor, vs retirement home. First Aid and BLS can be scary! But having someone take the time to ask each person why they are taking the course and explain what each person is likely to come across in their environment makes a big difference and helps people understand. I’ve never had an instructor do that until now. I feel confident leaving class and will come back next year!

I just completed my Standard First Aid and CPR course with Julie C and she was awesome! She was very nice, engaging and fun. I am very impressed with her. I also enjoyed the facility, it was my first time there.

I just finished my course at this location with Julie and Helen. It was a two day course that seems very long( online and class room) but it was a very interactive course, I was able to comprehend what we are doing and why. Very good experience!!

The course was great, very thorough and interactive. Encouraged with questions and very friendly. Definitely recommend taking the course. There is really important info and practice everyone should know. I feel better prepared now being trained for a large variety of potential first aid situations.

Daniel is great! very clear and fun first aid class! my first experience with first aid training but it was very engaging and easy to absorb the information. this experience will impact how I can respond to emergencies or give help :)
