I can honestly say I have not had one positive experience. I was under the assumption that my kids and I were patients of a doctor here. It's been 2 year, and I found out only my kids were taken on. I'm not surprised as the staff and doctors are very mediocre. My fault for not being more thorough, I guess.

I have been to this clinic so many times as a walk in. The staff is great, never had any concerns. Not sure why people are writing so many negative comments on it. We should always appreciate for the services that have been provided to us.If I don’t get appointment with my family doc I always go to this clinic.Thank you for the services.

I have been coming to this clinic for approximately 2 years- I love the online booking system and if I’ve ever had to change or cancel an appointment I found their text responses to be very quick- I find the front desk staff to be very friendly and efficient- The MOA who takes my vitals and takes me to the room is always very friendly and accommodating- Dr Mowbrey is an amazing physician!! I have never waited more than 5 minutes for her in a room and she is very kind and takes whatever time is needed for my concerns, sometimes which are many- I would highly recommend this clinic as I have never experienced any of what I have just read on previous reviews

Both Dr W. & R. Hassan’s are amazing. Most compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and hard working doctors I’ve ever met. The nursing staff are also professional and kind. Front desk staff always works hard to be accommodating in spite of how busy they are. While the waiting time cannot always be perfect, this is a clinic that thrives to be most punctual as possible to your scheduled appointment.

I’ve been to few other clinics but this by far is the worst one in Edmonton. The wait time is ridiculous, you wait for 2+ hours just to get to the room and then you spend another 30 mins to see the doctor who is going to visually scan you and give useless advices so as prescriptions, they don’t hear you, they just want to spend no time for their patients. I met few different doctors here for walk-ins and all of them were so unprofessional!I highly don’t recommend this place, even if it’s close by to you just find another one with better reviews, don’t waste your time.

I am now 27 years old and I was stuck with Dr. Lewicke since I was 18And honestly, she involved my parents way too much, and she never seem to listen to what I really needed. I also barely felt like I was being taken seriously. It was like she always depended on other peoples opinions before she could give me a solid answer, and when it came to filling out an important form, she kept me waiting and wouldn’t just tell me yes or no whether she was going to sign it. We’re talking about my goals of care form.. as of this past September, I have now switched to a much much better doctor

On the PCN network website it lists this office as accepting new patients. It is not according to the clinic when you finally get through to reception who were no help with my inquiry. As well the phone number is wrong on the PCN website. After some research I was able to find the right phone number.

Updated review:I absolutely love the new booking system for appointments!Old review:They claim to have appointment booking over text, but when you text them they only respond once. How am I supposed to make an appointment with one singular text back? I text them with my availability and I just get ignored. Also, if I cannot call due to losing my voice, this is the only way I can contact my doctor. I was told that I was booked in to refill my medication every month, ok, cool. However, I currently at my last two pills and there’s nothing I can do about it because I cannot get ahold of them. Also previously they took an entire month to give me important blood test results back, I knew that the results were out about a week after my blood test and nobody relayed the information to me until a weeks later. My doctor is fine, the reception is terrible. Extremely stressful trying to see my doctor, I will probably have to switch doctors.

Waited at this clinic on walk-in for ~3 hours before I was able to see a physician. The reception staff made no attempt to update me on how long it would take/apologize for the delay. Once I was finally able to see the physician, he told me he has no idea why I was having the issue and didn’t prescribe any medicine for the inflammation/pain.Despite what they say; walk-ins are NOT welcome at this clinic. I highly recommend going to another clinic if you do not have an appointment.Pharmacists at the attached pharmacy are wonderful though!

Reception is never pleasant to deal with. It’s almost as if they forget they are receiving a paycheque to answer basic questions. Would benefit from empathy training and possibly conflict resolution counselling. Witnessed the front checkin lady yell at an elderly patient who was hard of hearing. Patient left confused and crying. Welcome to healthcare in Canada. So disappointed.
