A 5* for service is deserved!! I am new to area.. and have visited the store multiple times over the past few months. I want to acknowledge that I have received the most pleasant greetings and customer service within this store by all employees.. every visit!! This is extremely rare these days and I commend the leadership here for creating such a positive environment to both work in and shop in! Well done!

Ordered kitchen cabinets through David G the kitchen designer. He was very easy to work with and you could tell was very passionate about what he did. One cabinet came in damaged, I emailed David in a panic and he got back to me very fast with multiple options. Would highly recommend going to see him.

Jamie, Darrin and the rest of staff are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Jamie is my nominee for Employee of the Year if there is one.Truly a pleasure dealing with this store and their staff! I found everything I needed at fair prices! I highly recommend this store .

10/10 would recommend. Lumber department helped me with a hard to find item and even held the last one. You'll see me again even if it's a further drive.

Sheila ( home depot manager) gave me broken door. By her foult. They ate not accepting to give me another door. Waisted time to talk with manger like her.

Love it when you are ready to check out and all the cashiers are gossiping in the main aisle not at their tills. No wonder why self checkout is the future.Also the staff in the door department don’t know how to check if an item is in stock. Ordered 2 screen doors (different sizes) on a Saturday and was told they would be ready for pick up the next day. Went to pick up and was told from customer service that it would be a month before they would be in. Then they gave me a hard time canceling the order. My suggestion go to Barrie, better service and at least they have product in stock.

I ordered 20 patio stones on Thursday, for express delivery Friday. The wrong product was delivered and we did not realize under Friday afternoon. Notified the store right away, and they let me know it would be delivered Saturday. I called the store multiple times Saturday to confirm when the delivery was coming, got attitude from the associates. Was told it was out for delivery, he would call 30mins prior, etc. Even though the associate on Friday had informed me there was only four other deliveries and they would put a note for ours to be done first due to the mistake. And my last phone call to the store, the employee noted it was weird it hadn't been delivered and would reach out to the driver then get back to me. I waited 45mins for them to call me back. When I never heard back, I called the main customer service line and they contacted the store. The store manager was supposed to contact me (I don't think it was the store manager who called me back), told me that the order never made it on the truck. Apologized since that's the only thing they could do as she put it, and let me know I would be getting a refund on the delivery charge.Monday afternoon when the order was delivered, one stone broken and my refund is in the form of store credit. Which doesn't help me much since I was expecting a refund on our card.I would never recommend ordering online from the store delivery, or having to deal with any of the customer service employees at this store. I had one nice employee in all my phone calls

Disgusted in Regards to spending 25 minutes to inspect power cord as it had been spliced and it was very tight. Leaving no slack for turning radius. As well the trailer was full to the top with snow. Spent 15 minutes to shovel out that all being said I was charged extra as I was later than the 4 hours that I wanted to use it for. Very disappointed. Last time I will be back. This was a reservation made 5 days earlier.
