They pierced my snug with a straight bar which caused it to get extremely infected (I had to take antibiotics), the ball made a huge hole in my ear, my ear swelled and was constantly painful for days. When I went and got it removed at their shop I got told I would get a re-pierce once it was healed however when I went back there, I got told it was past the re-pierce date and that the “shape of the jewelry doesn’t matter”. I am shocked that they know so little about piercings when working in a piercing shop. The shape of jewelry ABSOLUTELY matters! You can’t pierce a snug or vertical lebret with a straight bar! I will always have a scar on my ear from what they did and I am definitely never going back there again since none of them seem to know what they are doing.

I took my children in this week to get their ears pierced and I can not express how great the ladies were with my children. So friendly and very knowledgeable! Id definitely recommend this place! Thank you again ladies

I had my nose pierced at this shop location - and it was a wonderful experience, albeit a couple years ago now, but I went in the other day to purchase two new nose hoops. Great price, awesome staff to help, BUT I noticed by morning one of the rings had lost 3 jewels. I was sad, and decided to swing by the shop after calling and speaking to an employee, who checked with her manager which allowed me to exchange my nose hoop for a new one, and I am happy to say this one is perfect and the other must have just been a bad batch! Definitely recommend for piercing services and jewelry.

I go every few months for a new piercing. The folks there are super sweet. I’ve seen Bethany the majority of the time and she is so awesome at her job!

Had a daith piercing few years ago actually. It turned out perfect, the body jewelry is great as well, I have allergies to some jewelry, but everything I've gotten here has worked out beautifully!

I’ve had my nose, belly button, and took done here. Great service, never had any issues with the healing and when I needed a stud or hoop changed they were more then happy to do so!

My cousins and I all went in today. My friend had a nausea issue after her piercing and the piercer, Yuli, and her apprentice, Sarah, were both right there to help her through it. They were amazing people and so attentive to the three of us. One of my best experiences with piercers. The biggest thank you to the both of them <3

Absolutely wonderful service from Yulie (the piercer) and Sarah (apprentice). My poor sister fainted after getting her piercing, and she was completely cared for by Sarah and Yulie. They were absolute Rockstars and were there for her every step of the way. This place is absolutely my go-to shop for piercings and def recommending it for everyone now!

I have a lot of piercing on my ear. I have spend a lot of money in this store. Their jewelry has fell off so many times. It does not stay on. I called to complain multiple times and have asked to speak with their manager who has not reached me back. It's been like 2 months. I have called multiple times. The one worker tells me to put lash glue on my jewlery because I told her how they all keep falling out and I dont want to have to keep spending here. My jewelry has also turned green. Some of it has tarnished. Terrible experience here.

Staff doesn't know what they're doing . One piercer with little training ? The jewelery is so cheap . And the cleaning isn't properly done There is dust everywhere in there. And smells like sewage half the time.
