A good way to anger your future neighbors. They've been sitting in their truck idling for nearly 2 hours. The entire block reeks of diesel exhaust. Several neighbors have complained only to be met with expletives. There's a Tim Hortons at the corner. If you're not working wait there.

Dont hire this company if you are looking for competent service and any ounce of integrity or professionalism. They treat their clients poorly and only care about padding their pockets. They are rude and inconsiderate with your property. One of the worst experiences ever

Was parked in a lot and one of their trucks parked next to me, opened his door hard and hit my car and walked away. Didn’t even acknowledge me and then blamed me for the way I was parked.

I used Manotick Concrete for work on my house for a basement entrance. They didn't follow the plans according to the drawings and did not take accountability for their work and subbed out most of the work to other trades. I found they like to consistently blame their customers and use bully tactics to scare and intimidate. Their owner and foreman are unprofessional and like to curse, scream and yell at their own clients!?!?!?. One of the worst experiences I have had with a construction company and would never use them again.

They have no respect for other peoples property. They had cement trucks coming to the home being built right across the street from me all day and using my driveway to back in. I had several trenches in my gravel driveway because of these trucks that weight tons. I called them up and asked to stop using my driveway and come repair the trenches they made. The manager has yet to call me back. Cameras have been installed. Final warning.

Manotick Concrete was doing work on our street today. Their van was parked all morning in front of a fire hydrant, creating a safety hazard. I could not recommend a company whose employees evidenced such lack of attention to regulations and safety.
