Your customer support is absolutely disgusting. You should fire employees that laugh at somebody asking honest questions. What a disgusting joke, and this is our government.

I called the Ministry of Education around 9-10am and was on the phone with a female representative. I had called to respectfully confirm if a specific private school's course was approved by the ministry. What I got was a rude, overbearing and impertinent person questioning why I had not confirmed this earlier in the year. As an employee of the Ministry of Education she is representing an entire department with every phone call she takes. I had already checked with the school directly before enrolling in the course and they said they were approved but I just got a little worried so I called in today to confirm with the Ministry of Education. The representative proceeded by saying “This is something you should have done before enrolling in the course.”I’m bringing this to attention because there may be others who have just moved to Canada or who just want more information regardless of whether it is “too late” or “too early” should not be a concern for her. I understand it would be if the course I took was not approved and then the UNIVERSITY telling me what she said but not the Ministry of Education when I am RESPECTFULLY asking for them to SIMPLY confirm if it is.It is not okay to be judgmental - one should feel comfortable to ask questions whenever they have concerns and/or want peace of mind. I am very disappointed - this was a very poor experience. I hope the customer service changes for the better.

One of three provinces to publicly fund Roman Catholic education. This results in underfunding of educational resources. If we only fund the public education, there would be less discrimination in Ontario schools and better funding for resources.

I would give it a 0 if I could. The Ministry says they care about students health but instead of listening to them with changing the school times, as it interrupts extracurriculars, jobs and family responsibilities. They add 4 more courses in the middle of the school year and give students poorly formed schedules. What a joke.

I don't believe the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario is destroying education. In fact, it is actually the opposite, as they get the job done and students have the same experience with less spending, and less stress for taxpayers. Essentially, they are saving budget where it is easiest, and everyone benefits. There would be much more Covid-19 cases in schools under the slow-moving liberals, Doug and his government have been quick to act.

Teaching young and old reductionist curriculum and while this may be okay for certain subjects it is not okay at all for medical and education in general.Reductionist means they isolate certain subjects and in the medical system they treat humans like used cars when they could be using systems biology also called holistic science based on orthomolecular medicine. Dr abram hoffer in Saskatchewan since the 1950s was hired by the Tommy Douglas government which you should look into!Canada is a one-trick pony bubble economy and this is especially prevalent with the post-secondary industry where they are reliant now on foreign students and they are treating them like cash cows charging them up to seven times more tuition! There's also a fake labor shortage that's been going on in Canada since the 1980s which it should look into as well and especially international students should look into. Mel Broitman is an ex international student recruiter and he exposed what's really going on since he quit the profession and you should look into him as well!Canada is and has been rotten to the core for decades but people don't notice except those who are kicked to the curb and there are millions of them!

If I could give it a zero I would. When are the teachers actually going to teach properly and grade properly. Our kids need a real education and need to learn what failure is. We all did and it never hurt us. It only hurts high school students at their most vulnerable time of life when they get real grades. Have you heard of suicide. Time to get a real education system back on board.
