Keep your receipts! With that, I had no problem returning/exchanging items today. Front girl very helpful, knew where to point me for hardware I want for my summer's DIY. Store is very clean too!

Onoway timber mart has been a great supplier as we have embarked on a local project. Their prices are competitive to other suppliers and the convenience and personal touch of the small town building hardware store is far and above better than dealing with other big box suppliers. Greg has been a pleasure to primarily work with and we will continue to work on our project with him and all other projects we will continue to have around the house.Great work guys, thanks for everything.
