Hello,I am Mackenzie Lake’s oldest sister. I just wanted to take a moment of my time to write a review and mention that most recently our family had to say goodbye to a beloved horse, my little sisters horse - Caddie meant absolutely everything to Mackenzie, almost for a decade. Mack originally saved Caddie from a meat truck, and that’s where their story begins. Mack learned everything about horses through Caddie, so many firsts with Caddie I can’t even put into words. To watch them grow, to watch my little sister learn and explore a new passion is something I will forever be grateful for, and forever cherish. You genuinely have no idea. You have given my little sister a beautiful gift, a gift she will forever cherish.. a gift we can all look to for strength in times of weakness, a timeless gift. A sanctuary contacted you two weeks ago for help cremating a most beloved pig as she was too large for small animal crematorium. Whoever spoke to the sanctuary owner was nasty, belittling and hung up on her. I support that sanctuary and dearly loved Olivia the pig and would’ve donated toward her cremation. How your staff or owner dealt with this was mean and ugly. I’d not recommend you to cremate my dear dog let alone my beloved horse!

Made a difficult time for me and my family easier when my family and I lost our boy Chase.Craig was very professional and compassionate.He understands the bond that we all have with our beloved animals.He kept me informed all along the way until Chase was safely back home again.

Preston was extremely helpful and took care of all the details, communicating with the barn to make quick arrangements while keeping us updated. Today was a sad day though this crew was well organized and mobilized quickly. Thank you all!

I would like to Thank Craig and his Team for the Amazing services they provided our family during a very difficult time . Not only were they professional but very compassionate and organized they definitely went the extra mile for our beloved Gizmo . They also explained the process to us and arranged everything as it was a stressful difficult time .We have our boy in a beautiful Urn with a thoughtful card . Greg the owner is very sympathetic and caring for doing an extremely difficult service. He treats your equine remains with great respect, as though it is his personal loss. The loss of our horse Chief, was easier to accept after Greg's heartfelt condolences. RIP. CHIEF.

Amazing. It’s our second time using their services and both experiences were just medicinal. They were so tender and gentle with us and our horse. It made up for the truly hefty price tag! As soon as I interacted with them, I knew it was all worth it!They worked quickly and efficiently, met all of my special requests without additional cost and delivered our horse back home as a complementary service.They made such a hard time and such hard choices feel effortless and even comforting.
