I just would like to say from the first time, I booked my hearing test about three years ago. The staff has been very amazing and helpful. I just appreciate the personal attention. The technician Sebastian Kennedy, the way he explained to me how to use a blue tooth to connect to my cell; it is amazing. I do not need to use earphones to listen to music. Now I have moved to Montreal about a year ago and came back twice to Markham, just to service my hearing aids at Markham Hearing Centre.

I’ve been working with MHC to help my father with his hearing aids. These are real friendly trustworthy people. They made accommodations to make it easier given my dad is in a long term care facility.

The staff here are amazing including receptionist, audiologist and the doctors. They geinunely care about their patients. Busy place but having that said they are organized and always friendly.Thank you for all of your help and guidance!

I have been a patient at Markham Hearing Clinic for 10 years and I brought my elderly father who just moved here from Montreal recently. Over this period I have purchased new hearing aides every 5 years because I liked the improvements in technology and felt the clinic provided me with excellent new product information, advice, service and care. Every employee from Dr Werger, himself, to the welcoming receptions, audiologists and technicians have been supportive and respectful each step of the way. I travel quite a distance to attend the Markham Hearing Clinic because of an initial recommendation from a friend and am so happy I did. Even during this Covid 19 crisis they have gone out of their way to support me with a repair to one of my hearing aides that was taken care of swiftly and safely. To anyone thinking of checking out their hearing or in need of a new clinic, I highly recommend their excellent services.

Please don’t ever come to this clinic. The receptionists are so rude and they the think they can do whatever under the doctor’s name and there’s no manager for this clinic. If you experienced something inappropriate, they inform you the doctors are their own boss. The receptionist also accused me of “taking advantage of health system” when I am a patient any trying to go to the emergency room. Please don’t come to this clinic, and if you do, god bless you.

I’ve been going to the Markham Hearing Centre for many years. The staff have always been attentive to my needs and have always taken the time to find the right solution for me by exploring permanent hearing aids, rechargeable hearing aids and searching for the right manufacturer to fit me correctly. The staff are always running on time and their concern is evident. I highly recommend MHC.

My daughter and I have been getting our hearing aids here for over 15 years. The staff there are always helpful and running on time. Anytime there is a problem with our aids they resolve the problem quickly and effectively.

I have been delighted with the doctors and staff at Markham Hearing Centre. They were very thorough in explaining the options available and they meticulously adjusted my hearing aid until it was perfect. They have been providing me with free batteries for the life of my hearing aid and sent a very helpful reminder that my hearing aid would soon be out of warranty, and recommended that I have it checked before the warranty expired. Nice touch! The friendly and thoughtful service that I’ve received at Markham Hearing Centre shows that they truly care about their patients/customers. I highly recommend.

I’ll admit I was hesitant coming to this clinic because I saw a lot of bad reviews but once I actually arrived I realized most of the criticism was simply not true.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I do admit calling the clinic was difficult, hard to get someone on the phone, at least for me. But once I was in the clinic there were no issues. Front desk staff are super friendly. The specialist who conducted the hearing test was great and Dr.Dupe was super friendly and personable. I had a great visit here. Not understanding where the negative feedback from others comes from.

Stay clear of this clinic. Horrible horrible place!The receptionist at this location called me the day before my 2 year old sons appointment. She asked that he come with a mask. I told her he won’t wear a mask. He’s 2 I try but he gags and rips it off. He also has asthma. She said okay well we will try out best.I show up at 8:45 am for my sons appointment at 9am. The receptionist looks at him and goes he needs to wear a mask. I tell her I tried but he won’t do it. She’s goes well you need to try. I again tell her that I told her yesterday that he pulls them off and won’t wear them. She goes because he’s over the age of 2 he needs to wear it or we can’t do the test. I lost it at this point and raised my voice. They could have told me that on the phone instead of wasting my time. Lady even mentions that those over 2 years of age must wear a mask.Here is the info from the government of Canada Website below since this lady clearly makes up her own rules:Children under the age of 2 should not wear masks.Between the ages of 2 and 5, children may be able to wear a mask if supervised. This will depend on their ability to tolerate it as well as put it on and take it off.Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behaviour on the part of the receptionist that refused my son service because he wouldn’t wear his mask. This lady must not have any kids to think it’s so easy to convince 2 year olds to do things.
