It is unfortunate that children fall through the cracks in this system. Children that feel their safety is at risk are not even spoken with. They will speak with the adults that the child is afraid of and believe them. I can only believe that the funding for this service is limited to prevent proper help to the children in crises. I see why teenage suicide would be on the rise. I think this is a call for parents to call the local political leaders to help with children's aid facilities to provide a better funding so they can do better job for our children.

In my opinion a social worker should act and dress professional and appropriately this isn't a dating service. I will spare the details. Change your profession or start taking this job serious!

They break peoples hearts . They lie. Its sad we applied to foster with the view to Adopt. And were told to say No if we were asked to Adopt the child that was in our care. There are so many Children in the care of CAS and now we have to go over seas to Adopt.. its so costly. Their lies have caused us so much heart ache and pain that we cant Adopt InOntario. The lies have to stop very hurtful . We as Foster parents took excellent care of the child. . I have so.much love for people and specialty children . I fostered for love not the money.

So far, I have been waiting for a return call, email or text regarding children possibly in crisis for over 84 hours now.The receptionist was pleasant & put me in touch with the proper worker... only to speak to a voice mail.This ongoing case has had confirmed a case worker has already been assigned months ago.Sarah, the receptionist, was very helpful & kind...in turn, earning this one star rating for her company/service.What is going on with this specific organization bc not all CAS;s are like this in my experience?Why the delay in getting these children the proper help they need rather than putting them into another home with the exact same things they are supposed to be keep safe from?I am trusting your system works for my grandchildren & does not fail them. They really need all of our help right now.Who are some of the people we can turn to for help, if the system accidentally fails these children?I have so many unanswered questions about Kinship" & feel a phone should have been respectfully returned by now.- A Loving Very Concerned Parent."

Because some of the social workers there are very rude and judgmental especially considering they don't have children of their own but they come down on people for doing or disciplining their children and only know by books how to tell u how to deal with things and act like they're better then u

Broken system in need of reform

They lie and break people's heart they twist things around to make it look.its your fault when.its their own doing..they are screaming for Foster Homes but they treat foster parents terrible ...
