We recently replaced all of our windows and doors. After considerable research we decided to go with Clera, and we are so glad we did! The task felt a bit overwhelming at the start but Mike made it easy. He gave us expert, value added advice and didn’t hesitate to offer opinions and give us suggestions to consider. He was also super patient with my many, many questions. When installation time came Jeremy and Jon were fast, efficient and super professional. When they hit a snag (unexpected damage in the wall under a bay window) they assessed the situation, worked with Mike, and kept us informed of next steps needed. Then, they worked until after 7pm on a Friday to make sure the job was finished, and finished right. We are thrilled with the final product and have had so many neighbors ask who did our beautiful windows and gorgeous door. Couldn’t recommend Clera more!

Great service and friendly staff. Mike explained the window installation process and the benefits of having them carefully. Although it took some time before the windows were eventually installed but the staff were responsive to my queries and the installation was completed within a reasonable time. Overall my experience was good and would recommend them.
