I did not have a bike problem, but rather a jogging stroller problem. they did not send me away with my big stroller and helped me with kindness and efficiency. We will definitely be back for all of our family’s bike needs!

The staff at Bicycle Express helped me locate a washer that I checked several shops for as well as paired the perfect seat post with my bike. They were quick and professional the first time I stopped by. I went in a second time to purchase a few things like a bottle cage and I noticed it didn't come with mounting bolts (and my bike didn't come with any either ). I kindly asked if they had any and was willing to pay for them when one of the mechanics said, that's what hardware stores are for". I was blown away by the unprofessionalism and it really made me feel like I wasn't welcome or I was waisting their time. Again

after 2 visits here, i think this is the place i’ll be doing all my business. they treat me (a guy who has spent about $30 there) with the same level of attention as a guy dropping thousands of dollars on a new bike. this is the kind of thing that is important to me, and makes me want to choose to come here, should i be in the big-spending mood. i don’t get that feeling from most shops, including ones i live much closer to.

These guys are terrific! I had a bad bike accident and they took my bike right in and had it back to me in no time. Super nice people and the best service you’ll get anywhere! Highly recommended!

A really nice local bike shop. We just popped in for some stickers and I was very impressed with the amount of gear and bikes they had in stock. Super friendly staff. Love this little bike shop. Everything was fairly priced, considering the bike market now. They will also work on your bikes. If you’re ever in the area, you must stop by. They know the area and can recommend some great trails to shred.

On the last last day of a 5-day gravel bikepacking trip, my rear brake stopped working. We rolled in just after 10 and they put my bike right in the stand, made repair quickly and had me back out on the road to finish our final epic day. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Among the best bike shop experiences I have ever had.
