Victoria answered all my questions, responded to emails, and returned phones calls promptly. The delivery team was amazing. A team of three individuals with great communication, estimated time of arrival and courtesy calls to let me know when they would come was provided. I give this company 5 stars and their products are top quality to help give your loved ones the best care they deserve.

Pricing was competitive and ordering was easy. Delivery scheduled and completed as agreed upon. Everyone was very helpful and prompt. The bed looks very nice and is comfortable and easy to use for my Mom. Thanks for the great service.

Delivery was professional and on time. The delivery people were patient and helpful. There seems to be a piece missing from the attachment which holds the remote control, but since we are not using it, it isn’t important. Our only complaint about the bed, and it is a minor issue, is that the side rails are a bit difficult, and for our purposes do not raise high enough. The bed is very comfortable and easy to operate.

We bought the Aura platinum luxury hospital bed with extra railings and the Dream mattress for our 35yr old daughter. Our daughter is bedridden and the Dream mattress is so comfortable she actually takes naps now and no longer tosses and turns all night trying to get comfortable.Those regular hospital beds were horrible and the mattresses would get sink in spots in less than a year. I can't tell you how many mattresses we went through.SonderCare's Dream mattress really is a dream in comfort. It's nice and thick with so much more support for your body. It makes our hearts happy that our daughter is more comfortable now and getting good quality sleep. Worth every penny!Thank you SonderCare,Love, The Crews Family

I absolutely LOVE my new Sondercare Assisted lift chair! The heat setting is so soothing and the selectable vibration massage is MAGIC! Relaxing is so much better although, I fall asleep so easily in this chair, that I can't make it through a T. V. show! You have to get one of these chairs to go to next level of relaxation!!
