Love this shop, it is clean, prices are super fair, and they don't skip details like other places. I hated shops until I found this one. Had two major jobs done here and couldn't be happier. Don't go anywhere else, you will regret it.

I sent my teenage daughter to this location a few months back. With my untrained eye making assumptions, I felt she had an issue with her car and needed it looked at. I sent her in on her own and the staff there had her car the whole day doing all sorts of tests. They took the time to show her and explained well what they thought I was worried about. They felt confident the car had no issues and reassured her the car was safe to drive. They didn't suggest she get other unrelated work done nor try to up sell her. Its been a few months now and they were right. The problem I thought was with the car was simply the A/C cooling down after a hot day and condensation on the drive. My daughter tells me much later when we recently brought this up in conversation, they even offered for her to call them and they would be there for her in case she couldn't reach any one she trusts in the future if she ever did break down. I don't know of any other business these days that takes so much pride in honest work. My daughter was expecting the worst with her car and got the best customer service! Thanks every one at Snowman for looking after my girl.

Reviews don't come more real world than this one!I honestly can't say enough good things about Snoman and specifically Kody!I pulled over on the Malahat between Shawnigan and Mill Bay scared as my warning dash lights came on and noticed a burning smell while I was towing our RV and had my child, two huge dogs, hubby, paddle boards on the roof and a all our favorite stuff loaded in the RV.Kody and his lovely wife Jessica were so helpful and informative letting me know it was unsafe to go further and get it towed to their compound.My FJ was safe and secure overnight and gosh darn it Kody cleared his roster and had it fixed by the end of the very next day so we could still go camping ♡thank you thank you and thank you for-reassuring me you'd get it fixed,keeping it safe overnight,working after hours to thoroughly communicate,go out of your way to drive to get parts when the parts were delivered wrong.and..genuinely caring about people and ensuring they're safe ♡Snoman Automotive will forever be recognized in this story whenever its told as well as the importance or not ignoring proper maintenance- exhaust sysyem in this instance just because you can" because my situation was moments away from life changing if I hadn't received Snomans advice.Be smart and safe everyone ♡"

Kody and the entire team at snowman are absolutely amazing! I drive all the way from Kelowna to get my vehicle worked on by them. They go above and beyond for all their clients. When you first walk in you are greeted by their lovely office manager and totally feel at home there. Kody has built this business from the ground up and it shows. It’s not like a big mechanic shop where you feel like just another pay check to them. They all are there to listen and help with any and all concerns you have! I was quoted over $3000 for my air conditioning to be fixed and snowman did it for a fraction on the cost! Thank you so much snowman for giving high quality service at a great affordable price!

Kody at Snowman refused to honor work he had done to my vehicle. He rebuit the differential of my car. I put on less than 200 kms following this repair when I noticed a significant oil leak coming from the differential.Kody wanted to charge again to fix the leak!I'm not happy and will not be returning to Snowman.

First class service and work. Spotless shop and Cody went out of his way to accommodate me. His chief mechanic Dean was knowledgeable and personable. You won't go wrong here
