Very Bad service, I can count on some of them,1) 3 way call did not work2) caller ID did not work more than 3-4 months3) phone stop working and no reply by them 3-4 days4) they never answer phone, means no live person5)they will keep blaming on your internet provider.6) their equipment failed in about 18 months and it was covered till 12 months. I feel bit scam in it too, as they might had done some update in my router.7) Many Many more..Just do not waste your money with VOX Central.
