Neat place, pretty good ice cream and prices aren't as bad as other reviews claim, unless you live under a rock I guess. If you're going to blame the store for prices, do you even question the gas and groceries we have to pay now? lol

Merla-Mae Ice Cream
Terrible. I asked for a small sundae with peanut butter and marshmallow sauce and this is what I got. It was mostly peanuts butter sauce that hardened at the bottom. It also ended up being $8. I love this place but it’s beginning to test my patience.

Merla-Mae Ice Cream
A bit pricey as other reviews say, but amazing customer service and so happy with the cake ordered for my friend's birthday! Love the base ice cream variety! Would have liked a little more crunch layer and the coloured border icing flavour isn't too special, but I'll just be sure to get the chocolate border next time!

First time going there and likely last. Paid $6 for a tiny dip cone. Soft serve was mid. Nothing special could have went to McDonald’s for a $1 cone, will be doing that next time. My friends $15 Angel Parfait was shameful and ingredients were stale, nothing angelic about it. Really wish this place was better, staff were great and vibe is nice.

Very cute restaurant. I love that it's open year-round. Huge selection of ice cream treats (almost overwhelming!). My sundae was good but, at over $8 for a small, maybe a bit too pricey to go here super regularly

It's like a walk back in time, the signage, the jukebox, the garage door...all brings a cool vibe during your visit. First time experiencing Merla Mae's, we really enjoyed it. We got there just in time as the line up built up significantly behind us-definitely a population spot with the locals! The variety is really good, so much on the menu to give you the hints you need to pick the right one for your tastebuds! The quality of our orders were good, even if the pricing was a bit steep. It is a great locale to try and enjoy with your date or your family! A super treat on a 'Sundae' afternoon!

One star because it was icecream on a hot day.Not a long line-up but waited 15mins for a group of 4 before us to get their order.Ordered a cool blue (soft serve van icecream, blueberry and marshmallow sauce)sundae in a waffle bowl and a regular halfnhalf swirl. Nearly $20.00.The icecream part of the sundae was hollow in the center, missing an ingredient and didn't come in a waffle bowl. The older lady that was working there became quite annoyed when a discussion began about prices and then told us to step aside to wait for our order, she was done talking to us.While sitting at the tables, discussions from other customers about the service and prices could be heard that were not positive.

Fantastic ice cream and a ton of choices! I'm pretty sure you could get something new every time and never run out! I'm loving just exploring all the sundae options, but there's a ton of soft serve dips and milkshakes I need to try too! I'll be back every time I'm in London.

Great staff and customer service, also dog friendly which is amazing. They have picnic tables to sit at. I got the Shaggy Dog sundae, which was okay but not worth it for the price: $10 for soft serve vanilla topped with whipped cream, caramel syrup, and shredded coconut? Better off just getting the cones!

Took a few friends after a nice half day hike, both of them had never been here. Quick service and great tasting treats as always. Marla-Mar never disappoints and my friends were awestruck at the selection!
