Super friendly driver, great dispatch, and pretty much on time (3:20pm for a 3pm delivery). Got a call few hours before to confirm as well.Only issue is the quantity. I hate running short and it's stress i don't need.Ordered 1.5 cubic meters of 32c2 with fibre on a job that needed 1.4m tops.Came short 2 wheelbarrows and had to run to get 6 bags.I know for a fact i did not get the full 1.5m based on how many wheelbarrow runs we did.Slump was good, around 3-4 as requested for a ramp. Perhaps 1.5m is what you'd get after watering it down

I ordered a truck I asked for 10am on a Sat but was told only spot available was 9am , I paid for 4 guys to come in early for a 9am del1st call @ 8:22am from them stating 9:30 driver running late2nd call to them @ 9:39 stated 19 minutes away3rd call to them @ 10:09 stated Don Mills and Steeles which is less than a 5 minute drive to Don Mills and finchdriver arrived at 10:26am Female driver wasn't very happy my guys had to shovel the cement down the Shute while she just stood thereI asked for a discount being that I had to pay my guys for an extra 90 minutes was told she spoke to the manager ALEX and he said NO discountwith that being said if the truck was any longer than 15 minute I'd have to pay $50 per 30 minutesAt the end of the day I pay $500 CASH with no compensation for the 90 minutes I had to pay my guys

This company is awful to work with and will definitely not use them again. Concrete arrived 3hrs late. 2m was split between two trucks. Drivers could not back up the trucks. Drivers were not friendly. Concrete was not a consistent mix. Driver washed out all over neighbours driveway. In the end I was charged $100 more than quoted. It was billed to my credit card as two $50 charges on top of the initial charge. Stay away from this company.
