It’s a nice place to rent. The managers, Matt and Jenn, are very polite and supportive. I would definitely recommend it.

I have lived here for over four years. Yes there are occasional issues but usually rectified quickly. I like that when there are maintenance issues it is resolved quickly. Current manager is easy to work with.

Spent 3 days visiting in Red Deer. This apartment was simply fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and was supplied with all we needed. Quiet building and area near restaurants and grocery stores. Will return.

I've lived here for a little over two years and have found the location to be spectacular! The people are pleasant and the apartments are wonderfully sized. I'd happily recommend the 2020 building!

Laebon 2020 is a nice and clean building. Lovely community and neighbours. Good sound insulation and it was a pleasure dealing with their GM Matthew.

Recently visited the 2020 site. This apartment building was very well kept, clean, and quiet. The manager, Jenn, was very polite and knowledgable. Would recommend.
