Thunderbird Glass Group

Thunderbird / Haida Glass installed a skylight for me. I noticed quality issues with the fit and called to complain. I was promised a call back but no one called back. Then the glass cracked due to the poor fit (pressure crack). I called and wrote them multiple times but there was no response. I finally reached Diane who told me they would not honour the warranty. I have since had two companies come and do quotes for a replacement and both have commented that the job was very poor. I would avoid this company for the poor work and also for not honouring their warranty. In all my years of using services for residential housing i have never encountered an outfit as unprofessional . Stay away!!!
