Wittrock Home Inspection
Curt was very easy to work with, understanding, prompt, and thorough. Our appointment was cancelled mid-inspection due to a miscommunication between the realtors, seller, and the current tenant of the home I am purchasing. Curt was understanding, polite, and immediately re-scheduled without charging any extra fees even though I offered to pay for both visits. Integrity and honesty like that is rare today. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection. His fee is fair, his knowledge is vast, and his report was very detailed. You won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Wittrock Home Inspection. I have used Curt twice in my home search. He is very knowledgeable and detailed in his process and report. He took time to explain everything he was doing and looking at. Both reports were thorough, easy to understand and received quickly. Curt’s knowledge and friendliness made us feel at ease throughout the entire process!

Curt was a nice guy to work with and even gave me pointers for the house, however Ive been living in the house which he INSPECTED for 3 months now and I've had many issues with the house.Curt did not notice or addressing of them when he performed the job he was paid to do, completely disappointed

I am purchasing a home with a quick closing date and I needed an inspection done on short notice. I called Curt and he was more than happy to accommodate. During the inspection Curt explained his findings in detail and was very thorough. You can tell he is passionate at his job and has his clients best interests in mind. His report was sent the very next morning and it was full of pictures of his findings and an explanation in great detail. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. Absolutely would recommend this service. Looking to purchase my first home, it’s been non stop hardships. Not this process! The inspection by Curt was thorough and he took the time to explain in details to me things that I had no idea about. Earlier this year we had Curt Wittrock preform a home inspection on a prospective house that my wife and I were interested in purchasing. I have to say that on all counts we were completely satisfied. His inspection was very thorough and well documented. Curt's experience in construction was a great asset in determining what condition the house was in. And, what it would cost to implement the improvements we were considering.
