Rented from this location dozens of times and service has always been awesome! Staff are friendly, quick and get you on your way with a car within minutes. I've even been upgraded for free a handful of times due to car availability!

Fast service. Everything was easy with no problems. I was even allowed to leave my rental at the dealership when I picked up my car and they took care of it which was nice.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I had an emergency rental due to someone rear ending my car. The guys in the garage went above and beyond to try and get a Mercedes C class, but couldn't. They ended up getting one when I got back into the country and switched it out without a problem. Drove amazingly well. Thanks William and team!

Enterprise Regent park Team is just phenomenal. Especially Josh Chhabra and his team are too good. Polite, courteous, always eager to help, and very customer focused. I have been renting from Josh for months now and he is the main reason I keep coming back to Enterprise, amidst soo many rental options in downtown Toronto. If you are a regular or renting for the first time, ask for Him. Drop-offs are effortless, cars are very well maintained and fleet is new. Regent Park Enterprise is a solid rental branch with a community & consumer focus. Definitely recommend this Branch. Thank you team

Staff doesn’t know what they are doing - trying to book a rental car for a driver that is employed by our company and they said that it would take a week to set up a corporate account … and I don’t have a week - used many other rental places in Toronto and never had this issue .

I recently had to rent a car due to my car being stolen and the manager in training, Trevor was fantastic to deal with. A1 service, took good care of me and was pleasant to deal with. Got me into a car quickly and the rates were fantastic as well. Great customer service Trevor!

This is an amazing location with great team starting from the manager to the folks working in the office as well as the team, working on the mechanics and cleaning staff. Everybody is super friendly, very kind and just absolutely pleasure renting from this location. Enterprise should look at awarding this team as one of their best teams that I’ve rented from.Awesome team ! Thanks for great service.

I needed to rent a car for two weeks while mine is at the dealership for technical repairs, my car is a 2022 Hyundai Venue, the guys at the rental company offered me a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu, at the end of the lease I didn't want to return the car, I was in love , beautiful car, perfect, great conditions, I even offered them an exchange lol, I wish I had kept the car, the guys were super attentive and friendly, I highly recommend

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Josh was great assisting us while we were in Toronto. I reserved a mid-size sedan. When I arrived them, we had a brief conversation about possibly purchasing a Mazda CX-5 when we headed back home. Instead of giving us the mid-size sedan, he upgraded us to a CX-5! That was our test drive while on vacation. He and Devon were both friendly in helping us.I still didn't get a survey, so I will post my thoughts on here.
