As a new Volvo owner, I had no idea what to expect. I knew I wanted to make sure I took care of it. I was blown away by the service and attention to detail when I brought it in for a service and inspection. we noticed that the car didn't come with a spare so I called up to Paul and he was able to track one down for me in no time! Thank you Paul for going above and beyond on such a small and simple thing.

Terrible service, called ahead to go view some 850's. Drove all the way to Mill Bay and was told I couldn't go look at them without being escorted around. Was told to wait 20 or so minutes and maybe" a fellow coworker would come back and then I'd be able to go look at the vehicles. No guarantee of this happeningNo faith or trust in the customer. Unfortunately not many Volvo parts places around so hard to avoid this place but be aware of the rude disrespectful serviceComplete waste of time and gas"

I have had Volvos my whole life...over 40 years now.The staff at Chapman's are not only helpful, honest and professional ...they have gone over the call of duty to help me with various simple" things.I am a single woman and have been taken on several occasions for my lack of mechanical knowledge. The owners and staff at Chapmans always try and find the best price on parts for me and explain what needs to be done in a way that I get it.They are simply the best service company I have ever worked with.I"

Despite the sub par reviews. I felt like I needed to come check this place out for myself. And I was not disappointed. I have never owned a vehicle that I could work on before So being able to walk through a yard of parts and possibilities was awesome! And Bobby helped me find that parts I was looking for. As well he even put on of the mud flaps on because I was not sure I could do it at home with out the proper rivit gun.Over all I had a great experience with Chapman motors, and I will be bringing the new ( old) Volvo there again!Thanks

Took my volvo 240 here a few years ago to replace the blower fan. First time was a fail. Got it back and was still making grinding noises. Took it back a second time and the same. Grinding noise from the bearings. Took it back a third time this time they sent me all the way to mill bay from Victoria to the shop there. They told me that the Victoria location installed a used part. Awesome. So they replaced it again. That was three trys.For a so called volvo expert service. Now a few years later its doing it again. Terrible grinding noises and only works on max setting. So there work is only good for 3-4 years wow. I don’t even live in BC anymore so can’t take it back. They are good to find parts but terrible just terrible at mechanics. Take your volvo to Landsman if you need work. Sooo unimpressed...
