Simplyfix Appliance Repair
I was looking for someone to fix an oven door handle that had come off. I did an internet search and Simply fix Appliance Repair kept showing up. I read about the company and customer reviews and felt they were the right choice. I wasn't disappointed. Oleg called when I was told he would and he came when he said he would. He was polite and professional and had it repaired in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Simplyfix Appliance Repair!

We had our freezer stop working, which was greatly unexpected. With 3 kids and a husband to feed, they need to be fed! I called Simplyfix to come out last minute and Nik arrived within an hour. He was able to diagnose our issue and get it fixed in no time. Thank you!

Great customer service. I called on Saturday and they were able to fit us in for Monday. Service Technician Nick arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our issue promptly. Affordable rates for the service. Upfront about quotes and cost. We would recommend to others.

Simplyfix Appliance Repair
Despite me advising ahead of time that the issue was an intermittent circulation pump, I was charged $135 for a 5 minute diagnostic where the technician just confirmed my diagnosis and did nothing to see whether the pump could be fixed. Only after it became clear that a new pump + replacement was as expensive as replacing the machine did he offer to actually look at the pump and see if perhaps it could be repaired, but this would be a separate visit and separate fee. I feel that the diagnostic was nowhere near thorough enough to justify $135 and I certainly wouldn't recommend this service.

Wish I could give zero star. Very bad service. Called them to repair Dishwasher. I was charged $130 for putting a used part. Dishwasher worked better before the service. Moreover, the service guy was very rude. Beware of these guys.

Simplyfix is very professional and timely. They came out to fix our ice maker that stopped working. They ordered parts and came back in 2-days to install them and explained everything that was happening along the way. The manager was helpful and answered all of our questions.

Simplyfix Appliance Repair
The service I have received from Simplyfix has been exceptional! Recently my dryer needed service. Then two weeks later my washer stopped working, so I called them again. They have responded quickly and made repairs efficiently. Nick, the serviceman who came both times, was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and informative. (I like to understand what’s happening.). I absolutely recommend this company for appliance repairs.

Paid $179 for them to come and break my samsung drier. Physical damage attachedHiring another company to simply change a bearing they couldn't, but still charged me forPoor customer service. Manager hasn't called me in over a week after presenting them with what happenedTechnician didn't follow through with his estimate for repair after it was approved. (He was also rude and unpolite to my expecting wife)Beware, they will charge you $40 extra for a WD-40 spray
