Brought some empties I had counted in a bag and the employee basically accused me of lying about the contents and trying to rip off the beer store. He counted in front of me and apparently I had miscounted by 7 cans... Felt pretty disrespected for an alleged $0.70.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. Decent selection of craft beer and the usual macros. Well stocked and good layout. Being a walk-in and help yourself store it’s a much more enjoyable experience than the post prohibition style stores.

The process for returning items is the best it can be considering our circumstances. Winter won't be fun if we're still doing it this way though. Guy behind the counter was doing his best, but a lot of work for one person.

My first visit to this branch was amid the COVID-19 lockdown, with tons of empties to return. Despite all those uncertainties and stress (and my mountain of empties, of course), EVERY SINGLE staffer (and fellow customers, as well) was cordially attentive, especially the young lady working as the cashier. I am deeply touched by their dedication to serving the community.
