Went into Pratt’s as I needed a new vehicle, I first was welcomed with no-pressure, I didn't feel rushed. Everyone was tentative to my questions and needs. Clear communication made the buying process stress free. They have professional and polite salespeople and staff especially Cori. Since this was my first time buying a new vehicle I was nervous, she related to my situation which made me believe that it was more about customer care and satisfaction rather than just a sale. Thank you again for all your patience and understanding I know I had a lot questions and concerns. I went in nervous and apprehensive and left with a vehicle that met my needs and a big smile on my face.

Cori at Pratt is great! She greeted me with great enthusiasm which made the experience when I first came through the door. The environment was so welcoming and calm while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The service department kept me updated on my vehicle while I was waiting as well. I could not have asked for a better experience with a not so pleasant vehicle repair. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality service with a smile!
