Great experience for those small town pubs!

The food is absolutely immaculate but what it really boils down to is the atmosphere. Whether you want to have a couple of pints or maybe an expensive brandy this place really can just hit the best of both worlds. But maybe, just maybe perhaps the best feature of this quaint little gem is the special not so special, specials that they have.

Stoped in for the first time today after years of driving bye. The decor appeared newly renovated and was very clean. The food had good portion size. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Glad I stopped in and will do so again.

We stopped for lunch and refreshment .. So nice .. bright, clean, comfortable. The server was helpful, attractive.. so pleasant. And the food was delicious

I stopped in after a failed camping trip and the potato bacon soup and Ruben sandwich were a great combo and a welcome warm meal. Service was great, very friendly and fast. Hopefully the next time I stop by it's under better circumstances.

My boyfriend and I regularly make the drive out here from Airdrie because we love the spinach dip from the bar. Everything else we have ever ordered has been amazing. It's definitely more of a gathering place for locals so the staff seem to focus on them, it's not that you get bad service, it's just you aren't necessarily chatted to. Super reasonable prices.

This review is of the tavern, not the hotel itself. This tavern is the local hot spot for the younger crowd. Staff were excellent. Locals wanted to talk and hang out. The food was excellent (incredible soup).Features: Pinball, VLTs, large tables for parties, pool table, and a well-stocked bar.Great spot to visit if you're interested in meeting people and having some fun. BTW: There is a tavern, hotel, liquor store, and restaurant in the same building. This review is for the tavern only.

Have stopped in for food multiple time. Very friendly staff. Food is hit or miss. However lots of people consuming large amounts of alcohol. In my opinion staff need to cut people off when they are intoxicated. I have witnessed Many of the people extremely drunk and driving. It is extremely hard to say anything. But someone will be seriously injured or killed. How can a server get a drink for someone that fell down 2 times trying to get to the washroom. That person had numerous more drinks and then drove. A friend made a polite comment, the young server just said he is a local and doesn’t have to drive far. Absolutely shocking. Again friendly staff, ok drinks just need to put the community safety over a few more drink sales. A dead or injured customer will not return for future purchases.

Went in for a couple beers, awesome atmosphere in a recently renovated space, draft beer served in full 18oz pint size. Very friendly service as well!
