Sushi Q

Came here to eat at around 6-ish on a Friday - got their long green dragon sushi. It was solid and tasted good, a tad bit pricey but was still not bad of a deal because it was 20% off.I'm giving them four stars for their customer service - person at the register was extremely friendly and helpful, even when I came back and asked if they had veggie rolls leftover to take home, after they sold out. They made a fresh one just for me in a couple minutes, and it tasted delicious! They're also one of the few healthier options at Markville with a simple and easy-to-understand concept and menu. Will be coming back for sure!

Definitely one of the best ramen soups in all GTA malls! Super friendly service as well! Highly recommended!

Horribly disgusting, soggy and rotten avocados in the California rolls and sushi. Food court sushi is understandably not the same grade as a restaurant , however this is not what I am referring to. I am talking about hygiene, freshness of product and the sushi product overall. The rice is a disgusting soggy mess and should be ashamed to even be called sushi. How can sushi rice be soaking in water? Why is the avocado blackened and sour tasting? Just looking at the pools of god knows what kind of water, in the corners of my sushi tray makes me want to throw up. Completely unacceptable, it is not food at all. Extremely upsetting, both mentally and physically. If I could give no stars, that would be the appropriate and acceptable rating for this place.

I ordered a Tonkotsu Ramen to take out. The taste and noodle both were so plain and not good. The portion was so bad too.

I got their end of day special Dynamite and Spicy Salmon with buy 1 get 1 free! You get your bang for your buck. Sushi is solid. Would recommend

Love eating here everytime we go to Markville Mall. It does not matter whether it's cold or hot weather, as long as we set foot in Markville Mall's food court, this is where we are always heading.The only thing that made me gave them 3 stars is that they are using black plastic bowls for their soup/ramen which all go to landfill afterwards. I remember they used to use stoneware(? or something breakable) tnat can be washed and re-used.

Tonkonsu is much better then I thought after readings the review. It is decent for a food court. Egg and pork was very good, Broth and noodle were good. Probably one of the better tasting heathly option in the food court.

I had an extremely miserable day following an emotional breakdown at work, where I put in my best effort but no one seemed to care. I was really looking forward to having some sushi for lunch, which happens to be my favorite food. I went to Sushi Q at Markville Mall around noon, hoping to enjoy a meal, but to my disappointment, there was no one attending the front counter. Instead, I found the staff cutting sushi on the side.I politely asked them if, when they had a chance, they could cash me out. However, the lady working there reacted negatively, treating me as if I were bothering her. She didn't even bother to check the cash counter to see what I needed. It was already waiting for her there. Her attitude was absolutely sickening. She pointed at trays nearby to see if I wanted one, and then she pointed to other trays where I had to help myself. When I asked for soy sauce, she simply grabbed one without any care or consideration. The way she handled the situation was extremely frustrating.After this experience, I have no intention of ever eating at Sushi Q again. The entire incident has left a bitter taste in my mouth, especially considering the terrible day I had at work. I just wanted a moment of comfort and enjoyment, but instead, I was met with indifference and disrespectful treatment. It's truly disappointing.

My first time to tried out their Tonkotsu ramen. This is the worst I never had. The soup have no taste and plain. The noodle was a Chinese white noodle but not Japanese one. Noodle overcooked. Just only theee tiny and thin overcooked pork comes with. Always, the first time also the last. So disappointed.
