Great gym, though as a woman I would have appreciated having an entrance in the women’s section as walking through the main gym can be a wee intimidating to women who might not be comfortable coming into the gym for the first while… good life is a well known gym and have fairly nice staff and atmosphere is decent… that would have been something to consider when opening this newer gym… truthfully it’s not too late for this to be considered but maybe not realistic. Shout out to the Custodial staff who keep that place so darn clean and the other members who take the time to wipe off the machines and weights! :)

This is the biggest Goodlife fitness Gym club i have ever visited probably the largest in the area. The staff here is very helpful and give importance to customer experience. I will recommend this place.

Clean, professional and very welcoming. I have tried other gyms and nothing compares to Goodlife in Woodstock. I really love the fact they have a women's only section. I usually find myself working out there the most. Their classes are fun as well and the hot yoga is my favorite! This gym is worth the 20 minute drive for me.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Very clean location aswell, with a decent assortment of equipment. Only true downside is the price as you're looking at $32 every other week for the most basic membership. A little pricey for my taste personally, might not be ideal for someone who only plans to attend everyonce and a while as there are probably better options, but if you're looking for a good place to go regularly then Goodlife Fitness is a great choice

I have one of the Goodlife memberships that I can use any Club in Ontario. I do sales so I travel a lot and have probably been in eight different clubs. The Woodstock Club has the best atmosphere out of all the clubs I've been in!

Lots of equipment, clean, organized but expensive and the personal training is extremely expensive and not financially attainable for most people. They really try to sell you a personal training package even if you have said you can't afford it.

1st time out the new location it is truly very nice but for the price that you have to pay by weekly it is definitely not worth it. So this is the only reason why I'm giving it 5 stars is because it is really nice inside but not worth the price...
