Shoppers Drug Mart

KAM was such a great cashier i met today. She was so good at explaining the special deals going in store. I loved her :) She deserves a great appreciation for her amazing attitude towards her job & making customers happy :)

The cash manager was very rude and didn’t seem to want to help me out at all. She was working at the cosmetics counter at the time and I asked her to look up a receipt for me and she kept replying with I’ve never had anyone ask me to do this for them and how she doesn’t understand why I would be asking her this… I ended up phoning customer service asking them to look up my receipt and they answered saying I could go in store and they would get it for me, I explained my story and they said they would get me my receipt details. Weeks later and nothing, it is now past the return period and I’m stuck with a terrible $50 sunscreen.

Treat costumers as thieves and try to usher them out of the store by lying to them by stating the business close right away when in fact it's 3 hrs till closing.I don't know If it was because I'm Caucasian and everyone else in there was southeast Asian. I notice people of their descent were treated differently than I was treated differently.I don't think I'll be going back to that location because I didn't like the way they made me feel and going out to buy a couple of things a person shouldn't have to feel that way. Even lying to you about how much longer they would be open is pretty harsh for some store employees to treat anyone.

This store cannot do an extra little strp for me and gives me inconvenience rather than service

I live across the street from this place, everytime I go there, the lady at the till, which is an older lady always ignores me, she continues writing on her book sometimes waits 3 minutes(I’ve timed it ) before she turns around, she doesn’t apologize or says anything at all. I feel like if she is super busy doing other things she should be in the back doing whatever she does on her books and have the cosmetic ladies to come out and help or someone else with better customer service skills. The pharmacy is amazing is the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars. All the people at the pharmacy are outstanding.

This store is hit and miss with the pharmacy. Often I have to wait for my sons insulin as it is not in stock. Most of the Pharmacy team are great…but there is one (working today) that just doesn’t seem to like his job there or is always in a gruff mood. The cashiers are always lovely to deal with.

I’m a frequent visitor at this location, and just now (December 28th, 7:00 pm) received a terrible customer service at the register. When I asked for a receipt, the cashier lady, instead of kindly giving it to me, not nicely replied “that’s what I’ve asked you before and you said no”.Well, sorry, I didn’t get the question right at the beginning.Also, she thought we were stealing the drinks from the store, even though they were purchased at Walmart and I was holding a receipt from it. I had to explain myself in front of other people that I’m not a thief.

Worst shoppers drug mart to ever exist. The old lady at the makeup counter is so rude and verbally abused me. When brought up the the manager she brushed it off. Will never shop at the location ever again.
