Very large and busy location. Staff is hard to find. Parking spaces are not generous, and as a result, my car door was dented and scratched. Sigh. Park far away and walk...some good deals to be had. Much better than the Future Shop that used to be in the area years ago. Meet and greet: I watched for 5 minutes, and only men appeared to be asked if they wanted to enter the VIP draw. Odd. We circled the store 3 times each, and were unable to get help. It's a Thursday @noon. It's not handy to not find help when there are so many things under Lock and key. It's also a bit warm in the store, it becomes uncomfortable after awhile. Was super happy to leave...having said that, they have technology for the home and you, all household appliances, gaming units and games, accessories, watches, fitness stuff, headphones, and more. #localguide

Incorrect prices displayed. Wouldn't honour the mess up. Was there half hour or more and not a single associate asked if I needed help. Was looking for a phone case, iPad keyboard and a new camera and lingered for multiple minutes in each department needing assistance. Employees just stand around and stare at you instead, in groups. Apparently hanging out with each other is what they're being paid to do. Left without spending any money after customer service didn't do their job. Really disappointed as I now have to go across the city where I can hopefully find availability of what I need elsewhere.

One of the two worst customer services experiences of my life was had at this place. Profoundly unhelpful and uncaring staff. There are lots of Best Buys--make the drive to another one where they'll treat you like a person.

My husband and I went in this weekend (Sunday Apr 16) to look for appliances. Usually we both have great customer service experiences at this store. However we weren't overly impressed with the sales guy in Appliances. We had this helpful employee who was showing us around, helping us search for models based on our requirements, etc.... She sat us down at her desk so we can look at options on screen as well. She was REALLY helpful. While we were at her desk, her colleague or manager came by and he stood over her station, and he started just, taping her screen, telling her to Do this and do that"

Nice store, helpful staff, you can find any type of electro domestics from a wide variety of coffee machines to top notch computers. Although it is pretty expensive.

What the general public fails to understand is that the 'Customer Service', everyone expects is not even close to being achievable by the employees who work at your store.Corporate head office is reducing the hours the stores have to operate in order to make their bottom lines look better. They (sadistically) do this at the very same time as expecting their employees to achieve very unrealistic customer service results.Before writing a bad review of the employees, please first qualify your experience knowing that the employees didn't choose to only have two people working on a day when there are 10 customers. It's the people in the board rooms that never have to interface with a live customer that create these conditions.

Update April 2023: Well after visiting a few additional times, can happily report they are consistent in one thing, terrible service. Staff do not know where product are, or listen to customers. Customer service is lacking and barely present. Went for a return and there were 5 people in line with one person at the register while 7 people were nearby with another 10+ on the floor chatting around.Store is clean, layout is good but the downside is despite having a lot of staff, they actively avoid you or are dismissive and aren't really keen to help you. Overall, not the best experience.

My rating is on the curbside pickup. Easy instructions to check in. May be tough for those not tech savvy. Our guy who came out was super friendly and gave us all the info we needed on the return policy. Overall great experience.

Honestly the service can be hit or miss but for the most part they’re great, a lot better than purchasing/receiving support through the website which usually requires going into the store anyways.
