We just had Pat Jordan come to look at our washer. It is ten years old an owes us nothing. Pat was able to identify the problem and will send us a firm quote for repair. He did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him

I had a wonderful technician Patrick Jordan and Matt arrive on time and work extremely hard at fixing our induction stove issue. The issue was out of his control, but he continued to call us and update us on the status, and work on it successfully. I found both of them very reliable, calm and supportive technicians. Pat answered and explained all my queries really well!I very much want his superior, or at least him, to know we appreciate his work ethic!!Thankyou Patrick and Matt!

Patrick & Matt were here 1st thing in the morning, they were very professional & knowledgeable about the appliance. They quickly assist the situation with the oven & didn't have the part but went immediately to pick it up. They came right back replaced the element & made sure it was working properly before they left. Very reasonable prices. We would absolutely have them back for any other repairs.

Contacted them this past weekend about our dishwasher not draining, they got us a window (2 pm to 5 pm) today (Tuesday). Our tech showed up right at 2, fixed our issue (clogged drain line), showed us the trouble spot and how to fix it ourselves next time, had a lovely chat about our dog and he was gone within 20 minutes. Best appliance service call we've ever had.
