Dan came highly recommended by another inspector and I am beyond happy Dan was able to conduct our inspection. We were rushed due to an unfortunate Covid cancellation and Dan stepped in to save the day, even though we were more than an hour away in the Oneonta area. He spent 7 hours at our c 1790 house, meticulously inspecting every inch of her old bones. Dan spoke with me about needed repairs the day of the inspection and gave suggestions on how to rectify the issues. The next day, we received a detailed report. with pics, including drone shots. Besides a knowledgable professional, Dan is a great person, funny and caring. He understands the importance of the job he's doing and the stress homeowners can be under during the buying process. Daniel did a superb inspection! If I could give him 6 or 7 stars, I would. He was able to come on short notice (the day after I called for an appointment). He was very meticulous, spending over 5 hours examining my apartment and explaining his findings to me as he went. He produced a thorough, well organized written report peppered with numerous pictures illustrating the various defects as well as aspects in satisfactory condition...and sent it to me the very next morning.
