Jory also did an amazing job installing our subway tile back splash. We had to install a smart dimmer switch [amazon.ca] and had some other electrical problems, ie. flashing overhead light. Kris attended .... boy, was he quick and solved the problems within 15 minutes. Kris was quite personable ... a credit to BPM Electric. I've entered BPM Electric into my contact list for any future electrical problems we might have.

BPM replaced a builder-installed and ugly ceiling pendant light fixture for me with a gorgeous new 3-pendant light. They inspected the ceiling box to ensure it was correctly installed and would hold the weight of the new fixture; attached the new and took immense care with adjusting the length of each pendant cable to get it exactly the way I liked, and really went that extra mile (or three!) to make everything perfect.Zach and Drew were both fun and professional, and Brent is very responsive, answering queries and messages in a timely manner.BPM is a FABULOUS team of professionals who know what they're doing. I very highly recommend them to anyone requiring electrical work and am myself planning to hit them up in the near future to install new smart home" wiring for my condo. For now

I had a new washer dryer installed and discovered after the old one had been removed that there wasn't enough length in the cord to reach the electrical outlet. Within a couple of hours of calling BPM there was an electrician at my house resolving the issue. I very much appreciate the responsiveness and great work. I will be using BPM for any electrical work in the future.

Drew came in and had everything done really quick. He went out of his way to ensure that the fixture we described matched what he brought us. We liked it so much we got him to do two more of the our fixtures with the same type. He was polite and helpful while answering our questions. Saved us money as well in a couple different ways. In all we replaced 3 LED fixtures and 2 dimmer switches, no hassle at all. Thanks a lot BPM, we will be using you again!

Brent was great to deal with on the phone, and Jori (the electrician doing the work in my situation) was terrific to deal with. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with.
