TFP Stairs And Railings

I have had my closets, pantry and stairs done with TFP! I am impressed with the outstanding service and quality of the products! The company and workers are all very friendly and assured I had the best process possible for my family! They were very accommodating! I will continue to use TFP in the future for all my stairs and closet needs!

TFP Stairs and Railings was great to work with. Ian was very accommodating and did his best to execute my vision. I had natural red oak floors and wanted to match the stair post to the floors, and Ian was great with finding the perfect match. He sent me numerous photos to show me the options they had. The installer, Dennis was amazing too. On the day of the installation, I asked for the wooden rails to be made thinner, and TFP rails was able to make that happen on the same day. We had a big job, and I was so impressed with how fast and efficient he was. Dennis finished the huge project in a matter of 5 hours. We love our new rails, and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Called to get a quote and let the staff know my idea of the new ones I wanted and to see what they thought of this. They were very informative. I wanted to replace my basic iron railings that were starting to rust and get new white aluminum rails that give the house some new life and match with my window frames and front door. They were very professional and responsive to my questions!Had the work done in great timing! Came home to a beautiful new look!! I will definitely recommend this company!!

TFP Stairs and Railings removed old carpeted staircase and replaced with a new hardwood staircase for me, as well as replacing an ugly half wall with a beautiful wood railing with metal spindles. Salesperson Dave worked well with me to bring my project to life, and I was pleasantly surprised that he contacted me after the work was done to ensure we were pleased with the results (not many businesses do that). Price was more than fair. Workmanship of the 3 trades involved in the project (stair installers, railing installer, and finishing) were all very professional, polite and friendly, as well as being clean in their work, and I can't say enough about the quality workmanship. We are very pleased with the finished project, and would highly recommend this company!

Great overall experience from start to finish! Friendly and timely scheduling, measurements, and build. Installation and the protective coverings was perfect during the remainder of renovations and much appreciated. Great patience and accommodation around my schedule and am just now seeing the true beauty of the new stairs. Beautifully done.

We had replaced flooring and needed a stair nosing where the new floor would join the top of the stairs. They came out, measured and provided a quote for a custom cut stair nosing for the same price that home depot was charging for a generic stair nosing. They delivered the stair nosing on schedule and for the price quoted. We stained it and installed it. It fit perfectly, we are very happy with the finished product! Very happy with the service provided and would definitely consider them for future jobs. Contacting them greatly improved the outcome for our project. Home depot stair nosing did not include the trim piece where the carpet on the stairs meets it.

TFP were professional, helpful, friendly and the result was fantastic. From the initial quote to installation, and finishing touches with the staining, TFP were just great. We have had so many compliments on the stairs and would definitely recommend.

we had a front wooden railing on our porch replaced with an aluminum railing. excellent quality. installer arrived right on time. excellent installation. communication with the company was excellent. even received an email the night prior to remind me. I've been dealing with other local companies for other projects and they never return calls or emails or show up. They could all learn a valuable lesson from TFP. Very professional and friendly company that I highly recommend.
