Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

I needed some blood work done. I walked in, the staff was friendly and Kim took my blood. Was in and quickly and the procedure was done professionally.

Where do I start??? Im a squeamish person with a phobia of needles. They didn't give me time to freak out, just taking the blood and BAYM! Done quickly with limited pain!! Not only that, but I faint incredibly easy, and they helped me the whole time, even though it did take time from them!!! They were all so friendly and kind!!! Really awesome! It was my first time getting blood taken and i dont have a fear of getting blood taken. Hopefully will be the place I go to for a long time:) thank you all!!!

if you can avoid going here for testing, do so. they had some outdated information on my file and didn't bother to update it and must have got some info wrong because now i can't get my results. super great.also, as a trans person, they were super weird about it at me, which no other public testing centre ever has been. they either need some training or just to chill tf out.they seem to have more availability which is great but i think this is kind of one of those classic cases of private companies taking advantage of public health dropping the ball (as cases rise, they need to get more people at test centres so there are more testing times available) and trying to sneak a profit out of subpar service in a crisis.

Dynacare is my go to place! I have always had amazing interactions with all their staff. Everyone is so friendly and makes an unpleasant requisition the easiest and most comfortable it can be. I appreciate their speedy clinic and cleanliness. 100x better than lifelabs! Thanks girls!!!!!

I'm terrified of needles but had a really good experience with the technician who took my blood. She was kind, quick and precise and didn't laugh at me for being a big baby, which is a huge plus in my books lol.

I read some reviews of the speedy and professional service so I had someone drive me there a little after 1:00 pm today. There were at least twenty people sitting in the waiting room looking farfrom happy. There was a single young woman who had a customer in a cubicle. She finished with him while we all heard every thing she said to him. She then attended to the customer ahead of me. My turn…….I asked the wait time and was told 40minutes. I asked who else was working but she was alone. I would imaging she would be at least an hour getting through all these people. She appeared quite frazzled. This is what happens when Ford privatizes our health care. The owners are too cheap to hire adequate staff. Very disappointing. Previous reviews must have been from paid reviewers.

Went to Dynacare for 1st time today; will be going back. The staff was friendly but professional. I have a huge phobia of having blood drawn, due to a very painful and negative past experience but the lab tech, Renata, was efficient and fast, causing no pain or bruising. Thank you.Like the fact that thru website you can monitor how long the wait time will be. By doing this I was in and put within 20 mins. Very positive experience.

I have taken several tests at the lab in Kingston over the past 3 months. My samples have been taken by four different staff members, and each time all of them exhibited a high degree of professionalism and concern for my situation. Aside from having to do these tests regularly, it is comforting to know that I will be well taken care of during my appointment. Went for a simple blood test. The technician" went to my right rather than left arm and painfully rummaged around for a vein resulting in massive bruising across my entire inner elbow. Inept?"

Highly professional, polite, friendly, and welcoming staff work here. The ease of access setup is so convenient in that you can easily check-in online upon arrival. No appointment was necessary, walk-ins are welcome and the wait time was very short and I was quickly brought in and my lab requisition was completed quickly by excellent lab technicians who were very careful and did not cause me any pain when taking blood samples. The facility is neat and tidy and well organized. The washrooms are high tech with lighting to indicate if they are occupied which avoids any awkward situations. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of care and high level of professionalism in how all of the staff conducted themselves. I'm very impressed and will most definitely be choosing to visit Dynacare again in the future to have my lab requisitions completed. Thank you, Dynacare! Keep up the great work and well done!
