We ordered pancake happy meal this rainy morning by driving through. When we returned home, we found the top pancake was bitten or McDonald just delivered other customer's returned food to us!?........very disappointed......this pancake happy meal was just for my kid and we felt disgusting!

My recent visit to McDonald's left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I had high hopes for a delicious cheesy treat, but instead, I ended up paying double for absolutely nothing. The experience was a complete letdown, and I must say that the customer service was equally terrible.When I inquired about the lack of cheese in my order, the staff's response was baffling. They claimed that what they served me was the standard cheese, which is hard to believe considering I couldn't even detect a hint of cheese flavor. It's unacceptable to pay double the price for a simple bread and not get the promised ingredients.This incident has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will certainly think twice before visiting McDonald's again. It's disheartening to see such a renowned fast-food chain failing to deliver on its basic promises. Paying double for a disappointing meal with zero cheese is simply unacceptable.I urge other customers to reconsider their decision to visit McDonald's if they value quality and good customer service. There are plenty of other options available where you can enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling cheated.

By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s.This place needs new management and the night time staff need better training. There’s always a unbelievable long amount of wait time for them to take your order. It’s absolutely unacceptable to wait 20 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes for your food to get prepared.

The place is a little messy quite often and either the tissues, ketchup or something else is missing. Overall there is always plenty of seating and the food is preety standard for a McDonald's. The only issue is the wait times. Everytime I would come here the wait times to order and get the order itself would be at least 10 minutes even for small items like coffee or an ice cream

Very dirty place. All the staff frustrated and tired. Not even serve the orders as it gets ready. Delayed orders. I won’t come back at all.

Drive through is empty. And mobile order took 14 minutes for a happy meal and iced coffee. What takes 14 minutes at McDonald's?? Maybe they just don't serve mobile people I'm not sure.Edit to add today we gave them another chance and went through the drive-thru instead of parking. They made seven cars in a row park, We placed our orders we paid at the first window and the second window guy just made everyone park and then they brought no food out until all the food was ready for all the vehicles and a lady walked around with trays confused what went where... Took 14 minutes for a happy meal. Again. Why wouldn't they bring out food as it's ready car by car instead of reading for everyone's food to be ready and bringing it all out at once. This is the slowest fast food place We've ever been to. That was their last chance We will not be trying them again We will just wait until we get to Aurora or Uxbridge

This location is absolutely horrible.. if your in the area Bayview location is much quicker. This location is more focused on drive thru times than service...non stop parking of vehicles from drive thru....to wait for your order... even if nobody behind you they'll park you. When you do get your food you'll be missing the ketchup you requested ...along with the straw.... that's if you get the right order... they have 7 or 8 cars parked one person running around a very active parking lot juggling multiple orders .. Not to mention they're frappe machine has been down for almost 2 months...horrible !!!!

Always seems to be busy with long wait times. The space itself is nice, but could use some more attention to cleanliness. We ordered the new peach mango splash drink, and it was fantastic.

I've been a regular at this McDonald's location for some time now and I must say, I'm consistently impressed with their service and quality of food. The staff is friendly and efficient, and my orders are always correct and promptly prepared. What stands out the most for me, however, is the consistency in the quality of the food, particularly their nuggets. Every time I visit, the nuggets are fresh, crispy, and perfectly cooked. It's clear that this location takes great pride in their food preparation and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this McDonald's to anyone in the area looking for a quick and reliable meal. Keep up the great work!

Placed a DoorDash order consisting of 20 chicken nuggets, two drinks, two fries, and a cheeseburger with extra pickles and ketchup. COMPLETE disappointment. Not only did they forget the nugget sauce with my order, but they also gave me the wrong drink. On top of that, the cheeseburger I ordered with extra ketchup barely had any ketchup. They literally messed up EVERY part of my order except for the fries :( Would not recommend ordering from here through DoorDash
