Edible Arrangements

Not only did the one lady give me such attitude when I wanted an eta for my arrangement for my husbands birthday, she explained this could be delivered up til 9pm (we live an hour away from his work) and completely had no customer service skills. They delivered at 245-3pm after I called twice trying to get this there before he left for the day. I had ordered a month ago stating he would be off by 3-330 and was hoping to get it there at a proper time so he could enjoy and share. The manager wouldn’t let me speak when I was expressing my concerns and was also inconsiderate and rude. Stating they don’t provide eta’s and they can’t guarantee delivery. Why am I paying for this if I can’t get a 3 hour window? as these aren’t cheap and you want a good experience.. The chocolate dipped pineapples where melted and the fruit was warm. What a waste.

This place is amazing. The service is kind and overall wonderful! I can't wait to go again ^^

11/10 customer service. Can't speak to product quality because it was a gift for a friend but I didn't hear any complaints! 4 stars because the pricing is CRAZY. I know things are getting more expensive but wow! If you don't mind spending the money, it's an excellent service. You can tell the staff really care. Just set your expectations for what you'll receive for the price. Note: in the photo a few pieces of fruit were missing because they were eaten by the recipient before taking the photo. A full plate was indeed delivered.

Definitely a must try. My order turned out really good. You might need to order ahead. Healthy option as gifts. Not ordering birthday cakes anymore, lol.

I ordered a birthday gift for delivery kinda skeptical how it would be and when it would come and it came super fast and packaged well. Everything looked and tasted amazing :)

Amazing service from start to finish! We ordered an Incredible Edible for our 50th anniversary, and they went over and beyond by making sure that everything - the presentation, the product quality, and the delivery was top-notch. Will definitely be coming back in the near future, and will be recommending this to all my friends and peers.

Pre-ordered fruits and plush. When I went to pick up, I was told the plush is out of stock, which was fine to me. I asked for refund ($17) and they said they can't because you've already paid for it". Instead

I had a last minute delivery order for a work collegue's birthday, ordered it online at 3pm yesterday, and they had it in hand less than 45 minutes later. Chocolate dipped fruit arrangement, birthday cake, and flowers. Excellent service, and very fast delivery. Highly recommended!

I have ordered multiple arrangements from this location and while some were delivered no problem the last 2 experiences were quite problematic. I had them delivered to a school for my husband. One of the times driver said the business was closed (it's a 1500 student high school with a very full parking lot). They called me and insisted on delivering the basket to my home, which defeated the whole purpose of the surprise. I thought it was a one off and decided to give location another try.The second experience was even worse. The young lady who was delivering the basket called me from the parking lot in a panic because she couldn't find the front door. I tried to talk her through it, but she refused to get back in the car and look for the entrance saying she already took the basket out and didn't want to put it back in her vehicle. After spending 15 minutes of my own time of talking to her and trying to calm her down I ended up having to call my husband and having him leave his classroom (which he was not allowed to do) and meet her outside. When he did come out she was parking in a very clearly marked NO PARKING fire lane- with the front entrance visibly in front of her. Both me and my husband messaged the shop letting them know about the experience and neither of us got a response. Will not be ordering from here again and will discourage anyone from doing so.

I recently picked up some boxes of chocolate dipped fruit. The strawberry and the apple were fantastic. The banana turned a little brown but was still sweet. I absolutely love this shop. It’s a great place to get unique gifts and the staff are super friendly and very flexible as to your requirements. They work really hard and it shows in the final product.
